Mindy greeted me with a big smile, (under a mask) and knew exactly the kind of style I wanted. As always, she was totally focused on me and made sure I was satisfied with my cut. The salon was clean and inviting and I felt comfortable the whole time

I visited for first time on 8/10/2020. I am very disappointed and will not suggest anybody here - I booked for haircut and they overcharged me, gave me a bad haircut not to what I requested - I showed a picture of what I want. Also I didn't find the place friendly at all.person performing the haircut just came and started doing her work without any greetings!

Cost Cutters, formerly, Borics, is a great place to get an affordable, nice haircut. My stylist was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable, as well as having 30+ years experience. The establishment was very clean and organized. I recommend Cost Cutters for anyone who needs a haircut and is looking for good and experienced people.

Carla is a very good stylist. She listens to what the client is looking for and makes excellent recommendations for what the client is trying to achieve. Carla is the busiest stylist at this salon. Make a reservation!
The salon itself is clean and all of the girls are friendly.

They are timely but most of all i get a very professional cut that when i walk out of there i feel good about myself and the way i look. Carla does an excellent job and is very attentive to small things-like I wear hearing aids and she ask and checked before washing my hair, That makes me feel comfortable and reassured in going there. Carla is very respectful in attitude and very professional in her skill of cutting.

Such a waste.i went up to do a picture reference hair cut but ended up like some different hair cut.even my hair color no one is able to identify whether it's done or not.such a waste place.minty is so rough.these guys dont know anything.no professional expwrience.i will never go there.borics management try to save yuh our company.

Would put no stars. Went on Saturday September 21st to get a haircut and the girl didn’t have a clue to cut hair, instead of telling me that, she messed it up so bad I had to shave it. Instead of apologizing for it and being sorry for it, they all acted like nothing was wrong and still had to pay for the wrong and messed up haircut. Will never go back again and not mentioning her name because I’m trying to be a better person. I blame the place and management.

I usually don't enter the salon if it is crowded. I only go in if two or less people are waiting and I usually go in the early morning or early afternoon so it's usually not really busy and I don't wait more than a half hour to get my hair cut. The Ladies are friendly and very helpful and nice to chat with. The price and the finished cut is what I'm satisfied with. That's why I continue to go back.

I went to this BoRics today. I didn't have any appointment, but they took me right away. Got a great cut from Brittany and a great color. My mom said it looks natural and she really likes. Said I'm not a brassy blonde. Thanks Brittany

Horrible Emily is the absolute worst. Should not be allowed to ever touch a broom much less scissors.
Lori who is the manager is almost as bad. Looked everywhere but at my head while cutting.
Hair was so uneven and back not finished.
This place is an absolute nightmare!

Great place, I drive all the way from Stowe Township to get my hair done and they know exactly how I want it.

Had a major cut done a few months ago. It still looks great! People ask me often about the cut:) Went from pretty long to a short bob, which is always scary! Carmela did great. If she is there I will be back for a trim.

I love this place so much and so does my mother. It’s absolutely amazing I love all the workers I walk in and they know immediately who I am they fixed my hair so many times. (My hairs very very stubborn) they treat me so well have amazing conversations and GREAT SERVICES! I wouldn’t ever go to any other salon I trust them with everything. Carmella even asks me to come down and she will teach me a few things because I’m in cosmetology school. I can’t stress this enough. Go to borics greentree!

Carla is the absolute best. Consistently great haircut, and we always look fresh. I suggest booking early as Carla and Mindy are always busy, but what can you expect for such great hairstylists.

Carmela did an amazing balayage and undercut on my hair! The salon employees are personable and are great at what they do!

GREAT PRICE, GREAT STAFF AND ALEXA IS A TALENTED HAIRSTYLIST! SHE HAS DONE MY HAIR FOREVER BUT EVEN MY HUSBAND WHO JUMPS HAIR SALONS JUST TO GET A CUT HAS SAID 'ALEXA REALLY KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING! SHE TAKES TIME TO GIVE A NICE CUT'

All the stylists here are extremely friendly but we absolutely love Carla! She’s extremely knowledgeable and always does a fantastic job on my hair! My husband and two kids go to her as well and their hair always looks amazing!

Mindy was so nice today with my little six year old who dislikes to get his hair cut! Also another wonderful lady who trimmed my eight year olds hair for her "back to school cut"! Such a great place and Mindy will be doing my sons hair from now on!
