Boscov's, Bensalem PA

I had to return some curtains that was supposed to be blackout curtains, however they were sheer.definitely far from blackout, not even room darkening. The sales associate was very nice, and completed the return s very quickly.

Boscov is a good old fashion department store. Their prices are reasonable, and when they have sales you can get bargins. Plus they do have a lay away plan which helps the customer streach their dollar when you're on a budget. The service is always good, and the employees are very helpful. Something for everyone.

Sale prices are wrong. When asked to check price, the cashiers rant and have anger issues. Asked to void they hate you, they don’t know how to behave with customers

So.went shopping for a mattress. After looking elsewhere, was told Boscov was good. Wow.what a pleasant experience!
Josh Steinberg at the Neshaminy Mall location was terrific. He is professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about his product. My wife and I walked away with a great mattress and a relaxed feeling we made the right choice. Josh Steinberg was an important part of that process. Thanks again Josh

Quick shopping on a Monday afternoon. Not busy. Very helpful associate in housewares offered to send 3 sets of glass containers to customer pickup but I had a cart. Great sale prices easy shopping experience.

It the best always have everything I need, and the discount are real. Customer service is great. I shopp there more and very happy to be a customer.

Huge shopping center and here you can find all type of clothes no matter of your age, size, gin and no matter of clothes type from casual, formal, classic, modern add to that discount are available all session beside their decent price one of their customer told me a joke about this store he said that here the creat a any reason to gave discount.

Great store. Great People. But only one out of five registers have anyone working it. Also. I'm disabled. I couldn't find the elevator. Well it turns out the elevator sign hanging from the ceiling is pointing away from the elevator. I'm not kidding.
