Boscov's, Whitehall PA

Still the old hometown department store feeling, the cool thing about this store is nothing has changed it's like you're walking back in time but in a good way, the staff are polite and helpful and try to make your experience memorable every time, products you need, and even things you didn't think you need, amazing deals, I hope boscov stays the same forever!

I have up graded by a star.during the holiday season this year they have really worked to make my life (really) better. Thanks good people! Keep Going!

I LOVE Boscov's. The one in Dover, DE is my go-to store. I'm visiting in Allentown, PA for the holidays. We did some Christmas shopping there but couldn't find the fleece comfortable pants we wanted. Today I was looking for warm tops that are fuzzy/cozy. I saw the one I was wearing! I found there was ALOT of items but the colors were drab. The sizes I needed were out of stock. I'll probably go somewhere else to shop while I'm here. Looking forward to going back to my favorite Boscov's in Dover, DE.

Went in for a gift card. Staff was friendly. Store looked clean. Wasn't crowded with clothes or customers at the time I went in

Boscovs does have some great sales.but alot of the stuff is marked up.priced so high it's laughable.so when it's "on sale" it's about what the regular price should have been.not really a sale.

Great place to shop and employees that work there are friendly and they will help you out with anything that they can. One thing I don't like is that they don't have big and tall sizes

Love Boscovs, good prices, nice hiday decor. Con: the store is too hot! Turn down the heat, it makes it too uncomfortable to try on clothing. I was literally sweating in the fitting room.

Many thanks to the ladies at the perfume counter this afternoon— while they didn’t stock the Guerlain I was browsing for, they were able to quickly put a bottle of Givenchy in front of me that had the base notes I had wanted, along with a few florals they must have omnipotently known I obsess over. The store is nicely lit and well organized, overall a great shopping experience.

Love this store. The merchandise is always very neat and organized. They sell clothing, housewares, furniture, jewelry, shoes and so much more. They also have a department for bargain hunters which has quite an array of products. I find most products are very reasonably priced even without the 15% off coupon savings they offer quite frequently. In addition, the employees are always very helpful and pleasant. Great place to shop!

I got the towels in red as I wanted, also got the perfect curtains for my kitchen, songbird, white in lace to brighten up the dark kitchen, great price for 3 windows, about $50. This store has it going on! Beautiful christmas inventory for great prices and great quality!

Solid place. Clean, well spaced aisles. It's a department store in a mall so I'm not really sure what to write. However, it was well maintained so I count that as a win.

Great and well-dressed employees. Great /Fair Prices. A Lot of choices and they ALWAYS have your size in multiples! REAL customer service too!

It needs energy and excitement. Like to hear lite music to entertain me while am shopping. Very kind cashier they are looking for help.

Your Altoona store has a cash register in the 2nd floor that needs to be fixed or replaced. I had to stand in line forever because it would not give the 25% discount to a customer before me. In November, last year, it did the same thing to me. Why has it been let go for so long?

In and out quickly, my husband got his sneakers even though they were not ones we went for the sales person was very helpful and also took turns with the customers as she was only one there.

There are no wheelchairs any where.in mall and no one seems to be able to tell you this and has you running around looking for one for your love one. So if you never been here or any part of the mall then you will get loss there is also no directory saying you are here and you need to go here

Love this store. My favorite but inventory was very low, empty shelves and did not have the isles of great deals they used to, upsetting n disappointed

I have shopped at this location since it opened. It now has become the petite store. The petites are mixed in with the other clothing along with a huge petite section. If you are not petite, don’t waste your time.

I purchased shades this evening and had the most pleasant experience. I'm upset I did not get her name but her customer service was amazing! She said Boscovs was her 2nd job and she also works in a dental office. I applaud her work ethic. Kudos to such great service!
