Boscov's, Wilkes-Barre PA

Love to shop Boscov's. I really wish the Salon, Restaurant, etc would be featured more. They are what make the store unique. Also the air conditioning and garage need major repairs.

With a lack of quality products, such as men's clothing, which seems to be less a priority considering it's a clothing store, I found it unappealing and useless to shop here! Can't even find a simple pair of jeans, in my size, or color! A sinking ship, not unlike our local shopping mall.

Some good, some bad. Sometimes sales are great, other times there's nothing - especially with shoes. Basement is always fun, some overpriced, some ridiculously low sale priced. Women's clothing is the best offering and the sale prices are worth the trouble hunting down a cart. Purses are pretty much nothing, same with perfume, etc and especially shoes. Overall, other than women's clothing sales, it's not worth the trip to the vacant, desolate downtown W-B. Nothing much else there to bother with. Unless you're in one of the colleges that took over downtown or want something to eat.

Great store to find everything you need. The fudge is amazing. I love there downstairs barget outlet prices and as seen on TV.

Have to attend a baby shower and found cute girl outfits for $2.99 and other items for $3.99.always bargains at Boscovs.and nice staff

The staff at public square in Wilkes Barre are all very professional for retail sales. They help with any questions and never seems to bother them when asked if they can help. I highly recommend this store and will continue to shop here whenever i need midline merchandise. They carry better than bargain products at affordable pricing but not quite higher end shopping. If your looking for the best try another retail location.

Boscov's is Wilkes Barre without this fine department store Wilkes Barre would be a ghost town.

I thought Walmart was the worst place, until I walked to this store.just ghetto, people here dress like slobs. Given dirty looks because of my leather jacket I was wearing. Broken elevator, couldn’t stand this place for 2 min so I walked out.

Staff is always helpful, but since they are responsible for multiple departments, they are difficult to find sometimes. The restaurant has a few vegan options, but mainly sticks with the traditional meals route.

Has an excellent travel agency the girls there can really help you out get the best deals out in the market

Not a very pleasant visit escalators had been down for months and it is a nuisance I don't go there was often as I would like because of the escalators in you cannot always wait 10 minutes for an elevator

The store was neat and organized. It was easy to locate what I was looking for. The sales asspciates could work on their customer service skills. Rarely am I ever greeted or ever ask if I need any assistance.

I went to look at the curtains they always have a good selection and are very reasonable. Ended up buying some nice jewelry.

You really never even need to shop anywhere else for clothing, household items, furniture or even your favorite candy. The prices and quality make this an excellent choice.
Al Boscov has kept towns alive and for his determination and love of the community we should continue to support Boscovs Department Stores.

I like going w/ relatives & shopping for mostly clothing but, i do love holiday items. I hate the parking structure i close my eyes.

So in the past I'd never come here unless it was for something specific like curtains or bedding and sheets. I must say I was really impressed! The store seems like they made a lot of upgrades. The clothes are much more stylish than I remember. They had some really cute stuff with lots of different sales in each department. I will definitely make a point of shopping here more often for things other than home essentials.

The staff was great the only thing I didn't like was the parkade since they installed a traffic light to montier traffic while they work on the parkade

This store has been a staple downtown forever. You can find some really great prices on alot of items.especially around Christmas! They're fudge is amazing but too expensive and sometimes you can't find someone to help you at the counter. They are always fixing the escalators and the parkade.so that's a little frustrating and not very nice to look at.its like the store is Gallo apart but it's worth the trip if you find the deals!

Great store, tons of savings. The temperature of the store was uncomfortably warm, one side of the escalator was broken. Besides those inconveniences, the clothes were great.

Great store, always find a bargain! Restaurant is old decor, but good standard meals and great prices. Try the Greek Salad.
