Boscov's Travel, Wyomissing PA

I have used Boscovs travel for the past 10 years. I’ve done lots of research and reviews before I decide a destination. They are helpful and assist me better than I could do on my own. There’s not many travel agencies that really do the work. They are short staffed but they get back to me right away with any concerns. Most of my trips were good I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Short staffed. They don’t seem to know what to do without fully trained staff. Lost payments. Just a mess

Terrible communication from the agent side. I've reached out to the agency over 3 weeks ago, gotten a respond back a week later for the wrong vacation destination. Still waiting.

My daughter and her friend tried to use them since one of them had a flight credit. The agents were totally useless. The girls went in knowing exactly what flight and what hotel. They had 3 agents trying to change their mind and gave them 4 sheets not one of what the girls requested. The girls had to run over 3 times. They were told they could do it online by themselves by the manager but couldn't then were told they couldn't add on the baggage right away. They are teenagers and got no explanations. The agents told them to sign a paper to hold a spot and it was really to charge them $40 for their "time and effort". In the end they didn't even give the seat number knowing my daughter wanted to book on her own and sit next to her. All she had to do was give her a confirmation number and they could pick their own seats and book their baggage but never said anything until I got on the phone. Nothing but taking advantage of two girls who never did this before. Totally useless.

I used them last year to plan my first time ever trip to Las Vegas and they were very friendly and helpful. I plan on going again this year and will be using Boscovs Travel again.

Booked my first cruise with Lacey, she was very helpful and answered any questions I had.
