So sad when you feel that you cannot safely take your children to the library, but I guess libraries aren't really safe spaces anymore. So much propaganda teaching children that they are things that they are not. Teaching children lies and that there is no reality is wrong and incredibly detrimental to their wellbeing. You can add public libraries like this one to the list of places contributing to the mental health crisis.

Very nice library with books, audio books, movies, board games, and video games. Every staff member I have interacted with has been professional and friendly.

Love the small group classes that they have for kiddos.
Miss. Jess is excellent working with kids and teaching them about weather.
The kiddos are so very excited each week.
Thank you.

I thought libraries were supposed to be quiet? Why in the hell is there a small music ensemble playing downstairs, filling this library with noise? Ridiculous.

Been here last year for fingerprints. The service is okay and waiting is not really that long and it went well.

Don't leave your personal belongings out for even a second they will be stolen. They have a serious theft problem and a considerable number of homeless junkies live in the library during the day. God bless America.

I was quite frantic going into the library this evening, needing computer access. The woman at the front desk was helpful in directing me upstairs. There was a younger man upstairs who was very helpful in directing me to a computer and then in printing my documents. Thank you!

Friendly staff, willing to help their patrons. Very helpful and well informed, quick and precise instructions and information. Very professional and courteous staff. Great Atmosphere inside the library.

Libraries are like a secular sacred space. This library is a sublime example of that oxymoron.

Today, this quality library argued with me that my birthday wasn't my birthday. Really classy, and filled with brilliant people.

Terrible customer service. Really used to enjoy this library, I will no longer bother stopping by to check books out. I will also cancel my donations. Many other great libraries available in surrounding communities with helpful and friendly staff.

Great place to buy used books at the Bookery inside the library. They will be closed now due to COVID-19 and the library will be open by appointment to pick-up books.

First time in since covid hit. Quite a change, no seats for reading, computer keyboard covered in plastic. But still nice in there

Always a great experience. I was fortunate to have a mother who raised me in the library system, from the 60's, on up. This library is very well taken care of. The staff are polite, and helpful. All the computers are always working. So much more could be said but you get the idea. Its a true gem in the heart of Carlisle. Now go visit, and see for yourself.
