I don’t know about other things but they didn’t even try to fix my active codes. They just told me to go to Volvo dealer.

Shop folks were awesome. Got me in on a Saturday night with about a 2 hour wait. Needed 2 tires on a trailer. Work was completed within an hour.

Now the Flying J they are attached to.total clown show. Guys racing through, others stacked up to get into one spot or another. Narrow lanes, spots reek of urine.

Paid for Reserved Parking prior to going into shop. Of course all spots were filled when I came out of shop. Went inside, was told they werent able to do anything, including refund my money for a spot they didnt have.

I checked in at the shop and within an hr pm started, they didn't have my fuel filters but since I always carry my own that wasn't a big deal, performed a trough courtesy inspection checklist, they went above and beyond, way better than other brand shops down the road, definitely I'll be back.

I am an over the road truck driver. I recently had a blow out on one of my tires on my tandem axles on my trailer (53’ dry van) and had at first went to the Pilot truck stop that’s 1.5 miles down the street from the repair shop. Come to find that the Pilot truck stop doesn’t have a repair department. I contacted Boss Truck repair shop and they did an absolute amazing job. Not only were they very knowledgeable about the types of tires were good for the trailer but they were also able to get the job done in a very timely manner. From start to finish it took them maybe 45mins and I was able to get back on the road and deliver my load on time all the way in Pennsylvania. I highly recommend this repair shop for any driver or any customer needing a tire repair. Great job guys keep up the great work!

Horrible service, irresponsible for the work they’ve done, please guys stay away from this place! You will end up paying for their miserable mistakes, thousands of dollars. I did the 3 axle alignment 3 days ago and they didn’t put the right torque for the sways bar bolts on my first rear axle suspension and they came out after a little bit over 2000 miles, now I’m broke down, called the road service for a quick fix and then take the truck to a shop to get inspected cause there is a lot of play on driveline, yokes power divider, and so on …

On 7/13/22 I came to this shop to get a ABS fault on my trailer checked out. On the invoice it has what the mechanic did in his own words “ Hooked computer up found codes for LF sensor. Noisy readings, cleared codes. Jacked up axle and spun tire. No issue found. ” Now 240.41 and 75 miles later. Guess what you shade tree mechanic the light is back on. I even questioned it. Now I have to find another boss shop to see if they can fix it correctly.

Okay place for an in and out repair. I'd call in advance like every other place tho to make sure they have things in stock and it's available.
