2 times now iv gone to get food from this place before work and no one was at the store. Online says it's open went into drive threw waited ten min after the automatic drive threw machine ran threw its deals for the day.called and no one answered. Door was locked. If no one is going to be there please update drive threw to say so

The food used to be good 20 years ago, but due to bad management and competition from supermarkets, corners were cut. The quality as well as their footprint has gone downhill big time. There is no hope for this brand. I believe operating as a ghost kitchen keeps them on life support, but it's only a matter of time before that concept puts a nail in their coffin.

As an ex-employee at the beginning of their decline in the late 90's early 2000's, I could not believe how expensive this place is. It's just not worth the money.

Been years since I had boston market. Drove 30 minutes out, with the exception of the corn bread my meal was great. The service was also great!

No food available due to an issue with their trucking company. Perhaps you should figure another means to keep your menu going until this is worked out or close your doors until there’s food to serve. There wasn’t even salt packets for the only meat and 2 sides available that I paid full price for.

I've been going to Boston Market for some time now but lately the food has been tasting nasty disgusting and I just need to get my money back and it seemed like I don't know if the men are cooking the food and I put it no flavor or anything it's not a good thing

Attempted to eat at this location multiple times over the last couple months. The workers at the location will have the doors locked and avoid phone calls, or if you manage to get in contact with a employee they will tell you they’re not taking orders today or they no longer have food here.

Multiple times that I have ordered delivery the order is in complete than when you call them they expect you to pick it up the purpose of delivery is for the food to be delivered to your home requested a refund which none of the employees know how to do the refund process than they take your information and you have to wait until their manager call you which I have not received a phone call so I now have to call them again to request a refund which is very disappointing and the portions were small before they're even smaller now very poor customer service both times I called the person who picked up had a an attitude when answering the phone. I will no longer order from them. Not worth it they don't even apologize for missing items. Smh

The food was great. I wouldn't suggest using the bathroom. My husband and I used them. No paper towels and dirty. Told them about the towels. She just went back to work.

To start the store had no 2 liter sodas. The cheese on the sandwich must have been burnt from being unwrapped in a cold case. The chicken was pink and tasted like you cooked it for about 30 minutes and let it sit in the sham.and the dessert was so unappealing. The frosting for the chocolate cake and carrot cake was on the side of the package and melted. I highly recommend anyone who wants good food and not poor let packaged or undercooked food to find a different store for chicken or a different Boston market

Ordered online for curbside pick up at 6: 15. Food wasn’t ready until 6: 45. When I went inside to see what’s going on fat lady starts yelling at me bout a mask. I was gonna tell her if my good was on time at the curb I wouldn’t need one. Then they forgot half my order no chicken on my salad. Complete mess.

Had no prime rib and they were short staffed for a weekend. Advertisement on the walls were outdated. NEED MORE HELP.

There was a long line at drive thru but the lady (Destiny) working got the line down very fast. Good food and GREAT customer service!

Employee who answered the phone was completely rude! I waited in drive-thru for 25 minutes to be told by a Customer who was refused service after waiting same amount of time that they were not taking orders because now it was 8 o'clock! Just WOW!

They messed up my order so I called them to let them know. Manager seemed busy and wanted meoff the phone and told me to call back when I wanted a new one and it would be free. Called back almost a week later, told them my name & the situation. The general manager VERY CRASSLY began to tell me she didn’t remember speaking to me at all. I explained it was almost a week ago, and I think I gave my birthday. She then continues to say she “doesn’t even ask for that information so she don’t know what I’m talking about”. Basically making me feel like I’m trying to make up a situation for a free meal? I’m not sure but she agreed to give me my food, but says she won’t deliver, it must be picked up. I know this is not the same conversation I had with the lady I called the first time, who wanted me off the phone so bad because I cannot leave may job when I’m here. Just very very poor customer service. The way that GM speaks to people so rudely, I will never order from here again. They always forget the sauce too! No silverware ever when I order, the food is OK the service is not

This store is the worst. I placed my order at the speaker box area with the menu and when I go to the window they had no idea what I ordered. There are long lines for the drive through and they do not seem to know what they are doing.

Me and my 2 sons went to Boston market to get 3 meals. We went to the park to unpack our food when we found out that there was only 2 meals. I called them back and they said they would give me a piece of cornbread for the mistake. I had to drive all the way back to pick up my meal. I hope the service will get better. Otherwise the food is great.

Cory was absolutely amazing. He made sure all 15 of my Easter dinners were ready and he also organized all of my orders. Everyone enjoyed their Easter Sunday dinner! I will definitely go back to this Boston Market! Cory you rock! Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online and went to the curbside pickup. Sat there for 25 minutes waiting for our order. No one came out. We finally drove around to the drive thru window and an associate with the nastiest attitude said we had to specify curbside on the online order. I did not see anything through the online processing that we had to specify curbside or that we had to pick up at the drive thru window. The associate then proceeded to scold us and slammed the window in our face! Never been treated as such. Will NEVER go back to this Boston market. Disappointing because they have great food with numerous healthy sides that are very good.
