Horrible experience. The lady who owns this location refused to let the birthday girl into her own party because she wouldn’t keep her mask on (almost 3yr old). The owner did not care and continued to argue and scream as the kids were crying. We asked for a refund and she told us she doesn’t give refunds. I can’t believe this place is still in business. I don’t ever write reviews but I felt obligated to warn parents about coming here.

A huge thank you to Bounce U in Collegeville. My kids had a great time. I couldn’t believe how clean it was. My only regret is waiting until my kids were nearly 7 to go. We will definitely be back!

A great place to have your kids birthday! They do all the work and are very well organized about parties! The kids get plenty of time to bounce and you are still left dragging your kid off of the inflatables bc they want to stay! I’d say it’s a win win!

Do not book your party here. Owner refused to give me a refund when they cancelled the party because they are closed. Owner said it’s non refundable. Should be exceptions when they are the ones that are closed. Owner was yelling at me on the phone she I repeatedly asked for my money back. Said she has no money in the bank.

Great place, wonderful staff. Really pulled out all the stops. Totally reasonable prices, considering how much individual attention each party is given. Kids had an absolute blast. Safety focused. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Really nice place for a child's party, the cake was really good, and theres plenty for kids to do.

We booked tickets to their valentines party to go with friends. It turns out I got the 2 of the last 3 tickets and my friend couldn’t get the 2 she needed for her two boys. Our kids were devastated. I asked if I could return the tickets and found out I couldn’t. We left it at that and I was going to just take my kids, but the lady called me back and said she thinks she found a solution, and she was able to get us two more tickets so we could all go. Great service!

Outstanding experience for us and the kids! I especially liked the no-shoe policy, keeps the place clean and sanitary. Great customer service.

Beware of an owner who will yell at you in front of your children! We had the absolute worst experience today and will never return. My husband was late getting home from out of town so I had to bring my older child (7) to a birthday party one of my younger children was attending (3 years old). I brought along home work for my oldest and he was well aware he would not bounce or play in the party. I was told he could not enter the room (by the owner) or we had to pay for him. I don't mind paying, but why would I pay when he is not participating? She told me he had to stay in the lobby and I had to either go in the party room with my 3 year old and or stay in the lobby with my 7 year old. I was not comfortable leaving either of my children which I tried explaining to her, but I was interrupted multiple times and spoken to in a manner I did not want my children hearing - so I had to ask her to lower her voice in front of children. My 7 year old was now crying because of her and asking to leave. How does the "owner" of this place make children feel like that? ! She should not be in a business that caters to children. Please think twice before booking here!

They have a lot of awesome holiday events as well as toddler bounce time. We have been to multiple events there and have never been disappointment! The staff is kind, the facility is clean and the kids have a blast! I feel safe to bring my 4 yr old and 9 months old, as they both have things they can play and the space allows me to keep an eye on both without concern. We'll be back!

Went for open bounce with my three children (under 9) - super clean, very helpful staff, at first I was a little surprised at the price but it was worth every penny. We will definitely be back!

Second time here for a party. Even better than the first time. Clean facilities, friendly staff and seemed like everyone had a good time.

Good play for the kids. We went there for a party. The duration of 1 hr 45 minutes, including celebration is too little. I saw most kids wanting to stay little longer.

People out there are helpful. They arranged for a cake on a very short notice. They helped carry things to the car in their cart.

I've been to a lot of bounce houses and I must say that this one is the cleanest I've been to. Very well run and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. We've been guests at many kid parties and also hosted one here as well. I'd recommend it for a kids party.

I booked BounceU (Collegeville) for my son’s 2nd birthday. This place really exceeded my expectations! I was a little worried about the 2hr timeslot they offer-but it was nothing less than PERFECT! My son & fellow party goers really enjoyed themselves. The party pros (Hayden & Lauren) took special care of all the children in our party, making sure everyone had a great time. Some of the adults (myself included) took part in the fun; I was beyond amazed by the way this place was not only kid friendly but adult friendly as well! The bounce room was perfectly set up, & not only do you get to enjoy one bounce room-but two! I had no idea we’d warm up in one room.only to be surprised when being led into the next! Words can’t describe how nice this place is. Definitely worth the price-and I mean well worth every penny. Thanks so much BounceU; you truly made this birthday one to remember xo

I am surprised others gave it such a high review! There are only 3 bouncers but the price is so much higher than other places. My kids could only play from 10-11am; after they were moved to a different room for a snack (bag of cookies and colored water). There are so many other places that are much cheaper and definitely more fun for toddlers.

Recently had 18 kids for a 6 year old birthday party. The facility is very clean, staff knowledgeable and friendly. I was approached several times during the event to make sure everything was running smoothly and if I needed anything else. Our party had each room to themselves so there were no other children mixed into the group which I loved.

We decided to do the full package with food, cake and goodies. Pizza was good, cake was personalized and also excellent. The staff even loaded presents into my car! The kids had a blast and the parents enjoyed their time as well. 100% would return.
