Groomers are always so nice and friendly. My girls come home clean and happy. Good prices for a small business

The worst groomer Charlie ever had. They scraped his skin off behind his ears. I would never recommend this place!

Love this place. They did a wonderful job with our late bichon Muffin and are taking great care of our new puppy Cupcake

I love the staff they were so friendly and when I walked in for 1st time to get Oakley (our recently adopted cat) groomed, not only did I see dogs getting groomed but even a a bunny.
They did a wonderful job. The only downfall is the price ($95 including tip).
Would actually give 41/2 stars.

Very excellent groomer, but it takes a long time to get an appointment. Also uses bio-friendly, safe products.

I called up Bow wow Bliss and ask them if they had an appointment to get my two Shih Tzu’s in for a trim, bathing and nails cut. They gave me an appointment. I went and took the two dogs.
They had the dogs for two hours, called me up and told me that they were done so I picked them up. I paid $125 plus tip $150. The next day I called them up and told them that apparently they didn’t give my dogs a bath and they didn’t trim his nails because he scratched his neck and underneath his right leg wide open. So they had said that I could bring up the dogs again and they would bathe them again and also if I was to hold the one dog, that they would trim his nails. I said NO! If you would have done it right the first time this would had never happened, so either you come to my house and you do my dogs or I want my money back.
So they did sent me a check for $150 which I’m grateful for that! But my dog got so bad because of him scratching because they didn’t clip his nails. And now underneath his right arm pit it’s infected.now I have to take him to the vet so who is going to pay for that bill? I called Bliss salon because Heather the manager owns Bow Wow Bliss. She wasn’t in so I left a message with the other lady to have her call me and she never did.

I would NOT recommend this dog groomer to anyone

Took my long-haired Tortie to Bow Wow for the first time today. Had such a good experience and love how they were oh so sweet with my girl. Definitely will be going back and sending all my cat friends to them!
