I have never never seen a more responsive service than Bowes Exxon. My wifes car was completely dead on our driveway. We called Bowe and they immediately sent a tow truck out and it arrived in less than 15 minutes. He replaced the battery within the hour and the car was ready for pickup. Bowes did a great job servicing my car. Car was in and out with very reasonable price. Shawn did a great job scheduling me in right away and updating me on the status of my car. Got an inspection, oil change, ac service and brake work all in a few hours.

I cannot say enough how amazing my experience with this Exxon was. I was on my way to Ocean City MD and 2 hours from home my car broke down. I was provided the phone # for this service station. I called and Sean the manager told me to bring it right down that they would look at it to at least see what was happening as the master tech was gone. My car was moving but not well. When I got there they immediately took my car in. My brake lines were leaking. I had just had a lot of brake work done to prepare for my trip. Sean was supportive patient and so so helpful. He helped commmunicate with my mechanic. The master tech was not in but taking calls from them trying to help diagnose my car on his time off! Sean called and got me a rental that picked me up. He made sure my 2 other passengers and I were comfortable. I left my car with them and continued on my trip. Sean continued to work things out with my mechanic got the vehicle fixed and kept my car till then end of my trip a few days later. The young man that originally looked at my car was very respectful and offered to stay till I could unload my car and put my things in the rental. Sean also made sure that the young man working the gas pumps inside knew to let me in at anytime to get my things once they closed the garage doors. I was on my way out of town to the beach for the 2nd Anniversary of my husband passing with my 16 year old daughter. I cannot say enough how they helped make a stressful situation so much better and so quickly for a complete stranger. I give them 10 stars not just 5! Exxon you have some amazing employees here! It was 3: 05pm less than an hour before they were closing and off shift and they didnt hesitate to help me out

I just had my State inspection and work done and they were very efficient, same day service, and provided courtesy shuttle to work. I will continue to bring my car here.
