Store could be bigger, but always great customer service even when swamped with holiday shoppers

Box Lumch is always amazing. This particular store is clean and very well organized. The staff was super helpful and sweet.

I live in Cincinnati, and was visiting my brother in Pittsburgh. We do not have a Box Lunch in my hometown and when my brother brought me, and I was in heaven! Had a blast looking around, and walked out with the coolest umbrella I have ever owned. Looking at a couple of reviews, seeing others mention it's too pricey and some items aren't great quality and you could find them online. I am sure some items are low quality but the same is true online shopping (and online you can't see the item to decide if you want it!) Plus, there's something about browsing a store in person. I saw things I never would have thought to look for online. A Sailor Moon slow cooker. Avatar the Last Airbender sippy cups. Kiki's delivery service makeup brushes.

Staff was amazing too. They quickly saw how amazed I was with the contents of the store and chatted with me about how many stores had opened in the last year, where the closest one was to my hometown, expressed how much they hope I would see a closer one soon. They were attentive enough to make sure I didn't have questions and knew what promotions they were running at the moment, but also gave me space to just look around.

Great store! Love the selection from Disney to Anime collections. Prices are pretty good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean and easy to shop.

It's a cool store right, has a bunch of stuff. Neat stuff. But when I pay 80 dollars for a ring for star wars and I pull it out of its box and rhe whole ring is bent and made of cheap cheap materials. That's not okay. Box Lunch is cool if you intend to never really use the items but i don't personally feel like it's worth it. I have found items there that cost more than if I would buy them else where.

Honestly don't care for BoxLunch anymore. It seems like they used to have a lot more "niche" items, but now it seems to be more popular stuff that you can usually find anywhere else. But the worst for me was the first time we walked in, we purchased 3 different things. 1 of which was a necklace that broke as soon as we got in the car. Seemed to be of pretty poor quality for a moderately priced item.

I absolutely love boxlunch! The variety of themes they have is fantastic and if they don't have it in store, they have it online. Whether you want clothes, accessories, house decor, pin, or other stuff, they have something for almost every nerd theme out there! From Disney to anime to harry potter and more! Even if I don't want to buy something, I always go in just to look around and see what's new!

Not a huge fan of collecting anime stuff but I have family who is so it's helpful around holidays and birthdays

Good selection of items not found anywhere else. I can always find the right gift. Friendly helpful staff.

I never heard of this place until a visit to this mail about a year ago. It's so so cute and the items are always changing.

If you're a Disney fan stop here. They have the most amazing and unique items. You literally can find anything here. Also if you round up at your final purchase I believe they end up giving meals to children. Always stop here when I come to the mall

Cool little shop providing a variety of pop culture items related to Disney, Marvel and other popular IPs. If you enjoy friends, the office or any other niche show here is a good place to look for some merch. Even if not, I would recommend just giving it a look as they do have an interesting selection of products.
