Brace Busters, Philadelphia PA

The environment is clean and neat but the staff are lazy i came in on 1/23/24 for my daughter emergency appointment due to her wire from her braces cutting her jaw we was scheduled to come at 1pm and wen we walked in and i told the front desk her name they didn’t have her scheduled for an emergency appointment which it was confirmed and i also received a second phone call to make sure i could make it to the northeast location because my office is the south philly location and i told them yes that’s fine because i drive and i don’t need her in discomfort they said ok see u at 1pm i get here and it’s o i don’t see her in here is she a new patient is that the right date of birth like i know my child birthday but i feel like there is no type of communication going on with the scheduling and the front desk and i will not be returning i will stick to my south philly location but overall we love cavity/Brace Busters i only give 4 stars because the staff don’t know what they need to know

Selina is amazing. Very friendly & she took her time explaining the treatment plan & options. She made sure my daughter felt included & encouraged her to ask any questions.

Terrible! Had my sons first appointment today and sat in the office literally for an hour I was told you are next to be called and watched 5 people be called before me! Instead of just saying there will be a wait I was told your all checked in they will call you in a few mins! There is no manager to speak with when asked or who my son was scheduled with! Waste of time and and took money away from my family cause I had to leave work!

Great experience! All are very kind and explain everything well. Met with ShaNice, she is an amazing representative! Very thorough in her explanation, giving all the details of the braces process.

We went to Brace Busters today we met Selina. She was very nice very informative. She went over everything with my granddaughter and I. She was very helpful. She answered all of my questions, and answered my granddaughters questions as well. Very nice staff and friendly.

I have been coming to brace busters for almost a year and I've never had an issue with scheduling, the actual appt or the customer service. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mia, who was friendly, cheerful and a great help. The appts are always swift and consistent. It's a always clean environment, everyone is welcoming and I appreciate good customer service. Thanks always for taking care of my son and just giving me a great experience. I was referred here and I've been referring ppl because I feel like everyone should enjoy this positive energy.

My paid-in-full case was transferred to Dr. Ang after being ignored and ghosted by Independence Orthodontics in Old City. Dr. Ang, Eileen, and staff made what has been a gigantic headache the last couple of years pleasant, assuring, and easy. They are knowledgable, attentive, made my input and end goals heard and prioritized, and put my mind at ease regarding how I was treated at my former Invisalign provider. I'm relieved to be in the hands of such personable and capable doctors for the remainder of my treatment. Don't be fooled by the adorable murals and silly practice name- this place is as professional as it gets. Thanks so much for getting my treatment back on track!

My daughter Maddison had her braces put in and has had a few appointments to tighten them. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful during these appointment and are so professional they make her at ease every time!

This place is the absolute "BEST PLACE EVER"! Selina was exemplary when giving instructions on my son's upcoming dental appointment to get braces. The environment is inviting and it blows you away when you head back to the exam area and you see what looks like a full movie production. How can a kid be afraid of the dentist when visiting this place. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. Won't be taking my son to no other Dental office but Brace Busters!

I really love this office. They are great, friendly, fast and clean. I never had an issue while I was there, definitely would recommend.
