I have never met a man more dedicated to his craft than Dan Hennigan of Brain and Barrel Hitting. As a fan of the game, watching Dan's content on Instagram (@brain_and_barrel) makes me wish that more of my favorite hitters would give him a call! While my baseball days are long behind me, I know that I would have enjoyed playing the game more if I had someone like Dan to teach me the ins and outs of hitting a baseball, arguably one of the most difficult skills to master in all of sports. However, if my kids decide to step up to the plate in the future, I will rest easy knowing that Dan will be there to guide them. If you play ball in the Tri-State area, and have dreams of a better swing, consider yourself lucky to have a resource like Dan right in your backyard!
