If we could give it six stars we would. Everyone in the office was very polite and welcoming. The customer service that we were given by Jake Anderson was awesome. Jake was very professional and at the same time very easy to talk to. He explained everything (in detail) about our car and homeowner policies. We now have much better coverage on both and also saving several hundred dollars a year. Brandon asked for us to come in to meet him and make sure we understood everything on the policies. Being treated like a person and not a number really meant a lot to us. We would highly recommend them for any of your insurance needs!
