Clothes are as expected although I felt a bit unsafe considering the small space and amount of people that were inside

10/10 the clothes are so nice and the workers were too i bought so much and i’m gonna buy more!

Basics. Would rather have a cooler store in this spot on Walnut. Don’t really get the “one size” being XS and everyone saying “if you’re not XS you’re plus size” (?). I only buy their tops, you do have to be basically 10-13 Years old or anorexic to fit in their clothes which is a same because the tops I have from here are super comfortable and cute for the price and for basics.

They have cute clothing and accessories. Very visually pleasing, but I feel like it could be a little more welcoming. No greeting upon entering and the people who work here seem disinterested in working and more interested in talking to their coworkers.

I ordered an e-gift card and never received a code. They processed and completed my order. Nobody ever picks up on the customer service line, it goes straight to an automated message telling you to email. They didn’t respond to the email either, not even an Instagram DM. It’s been weeks. I have nothing. The site states it only takes 24hrs. I absolutely hate bad business.

Very cute and organized. I was a little hesitant to enter the store after reading some reviews and hearing other people's experiences at Brandy, but I enjoy their clothing a lot and seem to be one of the few brands that cater to my size. The workers could look a little more welcoming, but actually interacting with the them was nice and I did not experience any rudeness or poor treatment. The cashier was also very sweet! I work forward to shopping there again in the future.

My wife and daughter stopped in yesterday and were very pleased with the customer service as well as the clothing selection. They left with a good amount of clothes for the price. I know this because I enjoyed hearing them talk about their experience the rest of the time we were in the car.

I went in the store only for a second but the clothes were very nice and the employees didn’t seem as bad as you see online in reviews for other brandy stores, just my experience tho.

Everyones right about the one size, same-type emplyees, but honestly this store is the only one that seems to carry clothes that fit for me and i dont have to browse and spend time looking for my size.its also really organized and accessories are for everyone size so!

Love this store so much! I’m 5’7 and weigh 105 pounds. Honestly the people who are complaining that it’s one size need to shop somewhere else! News flash there are plenty of places that cater to plus size people. But God forbid if a store caters to regular size and petite girls. All the girls who work there have been very nice to me each time as well! I couldn’t be happier that we have a Brandy Melville in Philadelphia! (-:
