I have been living at Center Grove for almost two full years. The manager and maintenance are fantastic. I love my apartment, the quiet, my neighbors and easy parking.

I've lived here for about 17 years. The rooms are spacious. The rent is reasonable. The balcony is so comfortable with the view of all the trees. The maintenance and staff are great! I love living in the forest!

Absolutely unprofessional. Could not get someone to return a simple phone call. Tried a half dozen times. Additionally the manner with which they go about communicating when you do reach someone is miserable,

I was helping my mother who is disabled check on her application status and there was a very rude an ignorant woman named Marie Danielson who answered and had the audacity to get upset when I stressed my mother was hard of hearing she said I know you told me 10 times now like seriously then lied to me about her name when I said I wanted to file a grievance she hung up on me multiple times. Still waiting on a call back fr the Supervisor Serena Kumar! The nerve of that woman I will see this through an make sure that nobody else has to encounter this.

I’ll start off by saying the on-site maintenance guys are good people. They work hard. The shortfalls here are due to a lack of investment by the management company. Now we’ll move into the positives, since they are far fewer than the negatives. The apartments are large and quiet, the location is in a nice community. Now we’ll talk about the negatives. We’ve been here for a year and the water has been shut completely off in our building because the sewage keeps backing up in the basement. So 3 times now for 5 or more hours, we’ve had no water. They call a plumber, they clean it, it backs up again. Repeat cycle. No long term solutions. The buildings are old and haven’t been updated in a very long time. They started updating the interiors, but the roof and balconies are falling apart. The driveway has potholes large enough to swallow a tire, the playground is trash, the basketball court has 18” weeds growing it and hasn’t been updated in 3 years or more. The bathroom ceiling leaked 4 times in a year. Again, maintenance responds and repairs it immediately, but it’s not their fault. These buildings are so beat up, all of the plumbing needs redone and bathrooms rehabbed. It was good for a temporary move, but overall it’s a dump. And no, this isn’t some salty resident who hasn’t paid rent, my rents never late. Beware, the positive reviews were bribed with a $25 visa gift card to leave 5 start reviews, so renters beware!

I’ve lived at the mount vernon of Elizabeth for 2 years now. The property manager we have now Allan is very helpful. He responds to issues very quickly and professionally.

Pay online. Do not leave anything in their mailbox because they will lose it and blame you. Just be cautious. The apartments are nice though.

We moved into the Mt. Vernon apartments in McKeesport/Elizabeth. I gave them a call and the phone was picked up almost immediately which was nice so I didn't have to wait around wondering if I would get an answer. When we spoke over the phone, Alan answered every question I had and took time to explain things to me, and we had an appointment to view the apartment within a few days. When we got to the apartment, we were amazed. The condition it was in when we visited would have been perfectly fine with us, however, the company installed new carpet, new appliances, and it looked like a new paint job, on top of many others. The place was even more amazing than before. The apartment we are in is spacious, clean, has great neighbors, and even has a back yard ahead for pets. When we told Alan the date we wanted to move in, he had it ready for us to sign and move 3 days BEFORE we were supposed to-thats called dedication to tenants and professionalism. The pricing is unbelievably reasonable and fit our budget with many more great features. And when I have a question and need to talk to someone, Alan gets back to me within minutes consistently. This is a great place to live and I recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking to lease.

The Mt Vernon apartments are beautiful. The process with Brandywine was fast and easy. The property manager Alan is very professional and caring. Nothing bad to say at all! Highly recommend.

Recently moved in, LOVE my new clean, updated, spacious apartment at Mount Vernon. Allan, the property manager, goes above and beyond and really cares about the tenants! He communicates effectively and addresses any needs quickly.

We have lived at White Oak Farms for the last 3 years and have no complaints! Any problem we ever had was fixed timely and efficiently! Dru, the manager made us feel at home since the day we moved in, and was helpful every time we needed her! We would recommend these apartments to Anyone looking to rent, such a great place to live!
