Huge kudos to Hailey and Sonya for their amazing kindness, professionalism, and discretion during an unfortunate incident with my family member/resident last week. Her dignity was kept intact thanks to these two angels on earth!

I would like to share the wonderful care Mom (Gale) received during her stay at Brandywine Living at Upper Providence in the Reflections unit. Everyone was so nice and caring and took great care of Mom. They kept her active and engaged mentally while supporting her healthcare needs. Great staff in all areas. I am a nurse and have worked in long term care myself and know how difficult it can be. This facility is great. I also must give extra credit to Danielle. She was solely responsible for putting Brandywine on my radar and assisting Mom to get access to the best final 2 years of her life. Thank you Danielle and everyone and Brandywine Living at Upper Providence!

My dad moved into Brandywine after my mom passed 8 years ago. It was a struggle but after having a leg amputation, staying home was no longer an option. He fought tooth and nail but after finally agreeing to give it a try, he agrees it was the best decision he ever made. He was a people person and loved all that Brandywine had to offer. Brandywine offers all sorts of daily activities but he mostly loved exercising and Bingo! He loved the interaction of other residents and he was able to make the best of his situation. He became very close to a few of the staff members who had been with Brandywine when he first arrived until his recent passing. The staff was always friendly, accommodating, helpful, and would often go above and beyond to ensure his happiness and well being. He always felt safe under the watchful eye of the fantastic 24/7 nursing staff! It also put us as family members at ease knowing they would notify us if anything seemed not right. Knowing he always had access to his meals and staff to attend to his needs was extremely comforting to us as family. Brandywine also drove him to doctor appointments within a mileage range limit and would stay with him. Another huge bonus to working family members. Brandywine does not ask for money upfront but you pay on a monthly basis. They would even take him to mass on Sunday which meant the world to him. He loved Brandywine and considered it his second home. We cannot thank them enough for the extended years they provided to him because he would never have lasted even a year if he were to have remained at home. Highly recommend!

My mother was at Brandywine Living at Upper Providence for the last 18 months of her life. The physical facility is beautiful; it looks like a four star hotel. The care teams were kind and helpful, while also understanding the difficulties the aging client may go through. While she was never a joiner, she did enjoy all the activities that included food! She was under hospice care the last two months. BLUP was responsive to all her needs and all the hospice team’s requirements. There was not a better place for her, and I was so glad we chose BLUP.

Brandywine Living at Upper Providence has been a wonderful place that my Aunt Jane and Father-in-Law Jim lived. The staff has been so wonderful, and full of support in times that are difficult and times of celebration. The staff was always available and made every visit welcoming. We are truly grateful for all their support over these last 8 years!

If you or a loved one is thinking of where to spend this season of life, Brandywine Senior living is it! Great food, entertainment and activities with a wonderful community!

Excellent facility. I have had assistance and guidance when placing my mother here. Facility is friendly and helpful everytime I visit. I couldn't have found a better place for my mother. I have no worries when I leave on military obligations that she is taken care of.

Brandywine was the dignified place
of choice for both my father and Aunt Jane. Every staff member went above and beyond to make their stay fun and pleasant. I couldn’t imagine them in another place. Well done Brandywine staff. You all truly were miracle workers and friends.

How do I even begin this review? Both my father and my dear Aunt Jane lived at Brandywine Senior Living at Upper Providence for almost 8 years. They are simply the best senior living facility in the surrounding Montgomery, Bucks, & Chester Counties, period. It is a palace in every way. Brandywine Senior Living truly was a second home, and their staff became like family. That is not an exaggeration. For nearly eight years, Shantelle, Kathi, Alice, Abby, & countless others blessed our family beyond measure. They were a comfort in our times of need, a resource when there were few answers to be found, and a comfort in our losses. For years our family celebrated our loved ones with staff; and in their passings, mourned alongside them. Their expertise and service is unparalleled in the assisted living space, and their sheer, genuine compassion is simply.humbling. I cannot possibly recommend them any more. You might think there are a lot of options when it comes to choosing an assisted living facility, offering respite care for your loved one. In my humble opinion, there is only one: Brandywine Senior Living at Upper Providence.

My uncle was with Brandywine Living at Upper Providence as a respite stay during the summer. The staff, food, and amenities were beyond what we could have imagined for our uncle. Danielle was a pleasure to work with and truly put my uncle’s needs first. She made the transition into Brandywine so seamless. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with during such a sad, difficult time. Brandywine will always be at the top of my list for recommendations, truly a spectacular place with hard workers.

Brandywine Living is an excellent place when a parent needs 24 hour care. My mother loves it here. She gets the medical attention she needs, the mental and physical stimulation she needs and I get peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. I would highly recommend Brandywine to all

I was desperate to get my father-in-love into respite care after a horrible experience at a rehabilitation facility elsewhere. Avenues directed me into the competent arms and care of Brandywine Living at Upper Providence under the marketing direction of Danielle Krout.

Danielle dropped everything, providing my mother-in-love and me with a thorough tour and the exact precise breakdown of the costs of his stay. We were so impressed by the loving care of every staff member that my MIL decided to move in. Danielle constantly communicated with me about every detail and still is months later. My MIL misses cooking for him, but in her mid-90s, she enjoys not having to lift a finger and letting someone cook for her now, and both have their every need met. As a family member with POA, I can rest much easier knowing my in-laws are in such good care at a beautiful facility that offers much more than just physical and medical care. Their apartment is spacious and bright, and they are slowly learning to call it home. They tell me how friendly everyone is with every visit and they are making friends. My heart swells hearing this! Angels led me here, and I am truly grateful.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident.

My mother is at Brandywine Living at Upper Providence. We have high regards for the staff and the facility. The staff is very caring and informative and treats the residents with respect and care and they enthusiastically greet residents and family members. The management staff is excellent in establishing the proper environment for the entire facility by promoting teamwork among the entire staff and working with family members on an individual basis as situations arise. The management staff have been very helpful in working through a few challenging situations with us and are to be acknowledged for their kindness and thoughtfulness.

I was hired here, in order to start I had to get the Covid shot which I was completely uncomfortable with doing but I proceeded anyway for the sake of me and my child. Once I got the Covid shot I was scheduled to start but sadly my son got sick so I had to ask if I can start on another day instead, the manager thebn had the nerve to say I no longer have the position because my son was sick and I wasn’t able to come in when they wanted! After putting my body under a shot I was uncomfortable with from the jump amongst other things I Had to do in order to start. I’m livid and have no respect for the people who run this facility

Brandywine impressed us when we first visited and has not been a disappointment. Danielle, our administrative contact, guided us through the sign up procedure and still assists us as needed 2 months after move in. The staff, without exception, are all very friendly. The food and activities are excellent.
