BRAVO Cucina Italiana, West Homestead PA

Atrocious is all I can think of when trying to describe the overall experience. Arguably the worst experience I have had at a restaurant ever. And we have eaten at everything from Michelin star to back alley barbeques. Service is horrible, food was god aweful.

This place is in trouble and it makes me very sad. It was one of our favorites. People need to go back to work. They're so short-staffed that the wait was 45 minutes with only half the tables in use. The bartender is waiting tables outside. They are waiting for a mgr in training to get there to make an alcohol order so they're out of everything. Our waitress' attitude & abilities were exceptional, but my lobster & shrimp light cream sauce was langostinos & shrimp in fra Diablo sauce and dinner took an hour and a half. I hope things get turned around.

The service was top notch. The food was delicious. I went there for my birthday and had an excellent time.

Great food, wonderful atmosphere and excellent service.

Also, not too crowded which was perfect as we begin heading back out into the world.

Unfortunately we will not be returning. My family and I were really looking forward to some Italian food two nights ago and were put on a waitlist for an hour wait. After waiting an hour and half for the text outside, we decided to sit inside and wait, until we went inside is when we were seated. Once seated, our server Jacob took our orders but we didn't see him again after that. We got no refills, the food wasn't that good sad to say (really salty lasagna) and then we waited another half hour before flagging someone down to get us a check so we could leave. We honestly waited so long for a check my husband and I contemplated walking out without paying because we didn't know what to do, we were completely forgotten about once our food came. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Stopped in later in the day but plenty of time to eat. Staff was extremely pleasant however the place was a grease ball. Slipping on the floors, seats were greasy.blah. Ended up leaving as it just felt gross there.

Ordered chicken marsala the manager told me they ran out of mash potatoes and gave me a pasta in substitute and took care of me from there good job guys

For how expensive it is, the food is okay but seems like it's over seasoned. Everything tastes like it's loaded with herbs. They also didn't warn me about the Italian dressing when I ordered a side salad. It's way too sweet. Sort of like a mustard vinegarette and I really wouldn't rather known that before ordering. Plus the food took atleast an hour to come out and we were one of the only people there. The beer was skunked and they don't have a very wide selection. In my opinion, it's not worth the money.

Called them while was in parking lot said there was no wait and walked in they said over 45 min wait. Get your managers and servers on the same page.

No one posted out front but usually only a couple minutes before someone sees you and grabs your order

The bread and pizza had good flavor. But the Alfredo was very bland like just milk no flavor at all and the noodles were slightly undercooked. And 2 chefs went into the bathroom with their chef coats on while we were sitting there!

Bravo Cucina is absolutely Authentic Cuisine! If you are a pasta lover this is a must visit! Every dish is prepared with care and the freshest ingredients. How can I suggest such. Well frankly I have an exquisite palate. For instance the ratio of balsamic dressing on the Tomato Caprese Is Perfect. Not to much, not to little. Every dish is delicate. I have yet to find a restaurant in my area that can sauté asparagus with a small char to create an explosion of flavor when paired with the Chicken Scappoline. Let me just say this. If you want a quaint dinner with great Wine and Food definitely put Bravo Cucina on the family must visit or just a night to hang and catch up with the bestie for us ladies or a quiet dinner amongst your partner. I can certainly say Bravo will not disappoint. They do provide take out but it just isn’t the same experience at home. Even though I can say the food will taste just as delicious at home. The portions are Great with Customer Service that makes you feel at home! Just don’t take your shoes off lol.

Food taste very good, lots of variety on kids menu. Drinks are also good. Bread are very good. Highly recommended

Bravo's is one in a million. The staff members are wonderful, they are kind and very attentive. Whenever my wife and I stop by we are delighted with a smile, a table waiting for us and a great selection of Italian gourmet food like no-other in Pittsburgh - mind you I have tried a few, and while Bravo's may not strike you as the best, it's really the best if you know what to order.

The atmosphere felt white and clean, and it wasn't exactly a relaxing place to dine. However, the food was fine, and the waitstaff was very, very friendly and helpful.

Food has really declined since they first opened. Last time ordered lasagna and it was cold! They sat us, our party, right under a leak in the ceiling only to say they couldn't move us and just gave someone in our party a free beer! Sad! Horrible at the Waterfront location!

I would say one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. The food and service is top notch. The food tastes like momma made it from scratch. I will go back to eat at this place as often as I can. Yes it's that good. The prices are on the high side but so worth it.

One of the best restaurants in all of Pittsburgh. The food here is amazing, and the staff are very polite! =)

Servers seemed a little frazzled, as there was a party taking up a large section of the room.
The food, however, was super.

Omg love the pizza here! It is so fancy here, too. The bathroom doors are even in a different language, Italian I assume. The details in the restaurant are very wonderful. It looks like Rome, Italy. The "broken" pillars there add to the atmosphere of the place. Very fancy and I highly recommend coming here.
