Brenckle's Greenhouse reviews
29Not much left in the greenhouse, but will back in the spring. Nice selection of locally grown vegetables and fruits!
They have a great selection of herb and veggies seedlings, which is what I was looking for. Their prices seemed a bit high, but for healthy plants it's worth it. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
She said it used to be alot different. I guess it was a farm at one time. Still a nice clean place, beautiful flowers, and still in the family
My wife loves the selection of flats and hanging baskets. There are many varieties of flowers to choose from, the quality is very good and roughly the same price as other greenhouses in the area.
Eh. I feel like 80% of the place was Begonias. Begonias have its own greenhouse and then spread out everywhere else to. In general, I would notice the same plant repeated in a different part of the store. No real "flow" - annuals were mixed with perrienals.hostas were next to tropical plants. Succulents were picked over when I went. No basil when I went. No Bee Balm when I went. No Foxglove. One sad Delphinium. Zinnias only in yellow. And very hilly. It's fun to go to look around, but my first time I didn't find a lot on my list and the hills were awful in 80° weather with a mask on pushing a cart with plants. Maybe I missed stuff but was there for 2 hours.
They have the best selection of flowers every year! It is truly a hidden gem, amazing selection, prices and staff!
Always has what I've gone there for. Today tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers, & a huge eggplant for grilling.
Outstanding customer service. I purchased flowers this spring and had some questions they gladly took time to look up the information.
Wow from the road you would never imagine how big this place is. This place has the widest selection of any place I have been to in Pittsburgh.
The pricing is the same or less than every other place so you can’t go wrong.
The staff are friendly and will help you find whatever you need
It's the best greenhouse I have ever visited. Had so many choices of all kinds of flowers, plants, and hanging baskets. I will definitely be returning.
Brenckle's has a great selection of flowers and plants. Herbs are hearty and flavorful. The hanging Baskets are so full. Beautiful colors are mixed in the baskets.
Hello! I drive all over the Pa and ohio area looking for plants. Brenkles has one the the largest selections. Some hard to find plants. Well stocked.helpful! One of my absolute hands down favorite nurseries in the pittsburgh area! Thanks you Brenckle family! Love it!
Brenkles flowers are always so beautiful and there are lots of varieties. Vegetables and herbs too.
They've got rush Limbaugh blasting on the radio. Idon't know if they're trying to create a hostile place to shop but that's what it seems like
Beautiful flowers, lovely people to talk to.
Very laid back and easy going folks.
Good prices, and healthy plants and bright colors
HUGE QUALITY Selection! Been doing landscaping for quite some time. Brenkles is always top on my list of nurseries to go to! Friendly, helpful staff which can make or break any business! A 5-Star nursery here!
If you sell something that is very popular maybe you should keep more in stock like Brandywine tomato plants
I've been gardening since I was a child. I've never seen a move beautiful nursery. Even if you're not in the market for the healthy plants you've never seen, it's enjoyable just to stroll through the greenhouses.
When I asked for plamts I got a look like I had a 3rd eye. All I got was. I don't know.one person said it's down there pointed from close to the cash register that was all the help I got@
