I cannot believe this notary has not lost their license. She mailed in a boat registration application and did not send the transferred title. Now, I'm stuck with a boat with no registration or title. The only option is for the previous owner to request a duplicate and start over. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS NOTARY!
