Was quoted $32 for length, $95 to take waist out and $295 for minor alterations to the jacket of a new suit.

In 20 years of wearing suits for business I have never heard those prices…RUN!

A truly unbelievable experience. This business wanted to charge me $820.00 for alterations to a formal gown. I fully acknowledge this work could be complex, however, there is no way it could cost that much. I am stunned, horrified and sad for this business. BE VERY CAREFUL! I was able to find a lovely business who is doing even more for me.wait for it.for $75.00.

Absolutely amazing work and customer service! I got my suit separates (vest and pants) tailored here and everything fit perfectly. A little pricey but well worth the money if you want it done right.

I came to this shop because of the wonderful reviews. I honestly could not be more disappointed in how things turned out.

I went in to get my bridesmaid dress fitted, I gave the shop opener the date of the wedding and the day I needed it picked up. There was over a month of time and she told me it was enough time. I called three days before pickup and she said it was ready. When I went to pick it up she said she needed more time and I said I would be back tomorrow at opening as the wedding was the next day. I came back and it was still not done. I asked her about why she said it was done three days earlier and she said “that never happened”. She handed me the dress and said “you’re lucky I got it done. ”

If you want a stress free experience and your product done on time, do not attend this shop.

I went in for last minute alterations and had a great experience. They were completed on time and looked fantastic. Overall customer service was excellent. Suggestions were made and I was able to decide what I wanted then. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

We got my fiancés suit for our wedding tailored here. It’s tailored beautifully and was done quickly. Being new to the area it’s always a bit stressful trying out a new tailor for the first time but we will definitely be back!

Update- I have since taken two dresses here for tailoring as well. The first one she told me she could not tailor so it would look good one me. Fair enough. The second one I brought in essentially needed to be shortened at the bottom. She also felt the straps needed to be shortened. I needed that dress back 9 days later (brought it on the 18th picked it up on the 27th) so she charged $45 extra dollars (the stated price on her website for faster turn around time is $15.) I’m not sure what the usual turn around time is as my fiancé was able to get his suit a week later no problem. But again fair enough - I was willing to pay. She then charged me approximately $360 for the two alterations. Bringing my total to $405. I’ve had many dresses similar to this tailored and rarely topped $100 let alone $400. While she is certainly the professional the straps are now actually too short on the dress and the underarms are too high in my armpit in my opinion but the length of the dress is perfect. I’d read all the reviews about how she’s very expensive but worth it so was prepared for the price. But in my opinion the quality and service didn’t match.

The workmanship was awesome. I brought a few pair of pleated slacks in that I wanted tapered and to break down my leg. Perfect work! Returning customer. She will teach you while always delivering what the customer wants. You will not be disappointed. I’ve gone elsewhere in the past and no one compares to Brenemans.

What an amazing experience. New client to this store and was treated so wonderfully that I can’t explain. The workmanship on the alterations were fabulous. I highly recommend this service to everyone that reads this post.
