They responded right away, our meter box outside our house went out and they came that evening fixed it enough to get us through the night until they could come back the first thing the following morning with everything they needed to fix it. We were just amazed how considerate and caring they were, and the electrician himself was very informative, and sympathetic to our situation, because my husband is on round the clock oxygen and we were in a panic wondering how we were going get through our ordeal, turns out all went well, we are no longer in the dark and my husband didn't have any interruptions with his oxygen. I give a great deal of thanks to the Cogans and their technician they sent out (I believe his name was Andy), it's a good feeling to know that there are businesses still out there that act like your more than just another customer. Once again, Thank you.

We call Cogan Electric anytime we require electrical work around the house. The team is always friendly and on time, and they do excellent work. We appreciated the quick turnaround time with getting service, and payment/invoicing are very easy and convenient!

Upgraded our entire electrical service to 100 amp and had some nasty looking knob and tube removed. Worth every penny. The piece of mind we have now, that our electrical service is up to code is invaluable! Great work and finished quickly.

We are so please with the work Kris and Jerry did on the complete rewiring of our 1911 home! Exceptionally careful and creative in finding ways to run new wire with minimal wall holes. They crawled, and chained, and glow-sticked in the tinniest places. They endured steel mesh imbedded in the ceilings, found creative solutions to the most complex problems. Highly professional at all times and a joy to have in our home. (Maybe it had something to do with the cookies?)

After ice brought our 2 story deck down and tore off our electric meter, Coogan's were able to get there the same day to assess the situation. Although we had power there was a fire hazard due to the weather conditions. Working with our electric company they were able to have a crew there first thing the next morning to replace the meter. This happened on a Thursday and we could have been without power for the weekend, but thanks to Brent and his crew we were only without power for about 3 hour. Greg & Corey were very professional and courteous and Tracy was able to coordinate things wonderfully. Our overall experience with the company was excellent. Will refer them anytime.

I had an emergency situation. The power was shut off to my house because of a bad wire. Brent and his guys got here got it done in a day. Everything was done perfect! All the men are responsible and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
