Jared Clemens is the best! My husband and I purchased our new vehicle from Jared today. He was great. Zane Berger, your finance guy is also awesome. We really appreciate you guys making this easy for us. We like that your company also is part of Costco's auto group.

Looked for a car for our daughter and the sales man was beyond pushy and not honest with all he had to say.
Yes in sales there are catch lines or highlights to bait a sale but flat out lies truly make it wonder if they care about customers.
Honesty is the best policy.

These guys absolutely go above and beyond - the extra mile when it comes to service. I bought my 2020 Tacoma elsewhere but started going to Brewer for service and inspection about a year and a half ago. They are thorough and the service invoice/print-out is very transparent about the work completed and costs incurred.

For last year's inspection I had forgotten to renew my registration prior to coming in for inspection. The service rep - I've forgotten his name unfortunately - renewed my registration for me on the spot. When I got back in my newly washed car (a regular free service they offer with ToyotaCare) my registration was in my glovebox printed on card stock. I'll never go elsewhere as long as I have this vehicle. They're good people

Your Service Consultant, Gary Shurina, was outstanding. He was so personable when I called to make the appointment. Once I arrived, he greeted me professionally and with a friendly smile. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and also sent a follow up email. I do not remember ever being treated so well at a dealership. Employees like Gary should get the recognition they deserve.

This dealership is the highest performing in the area for a reason! My experience with Brewer has been totally positive. The sales staff are knowledgeable and want the best for each customer. The service staff are competent and efficient. And the management truly cares about its employees and giving back to the community. Especially during a time as crazy as this, Brewer is where you want to go to be looked after well!

Been going here for years. Never had an issue with their Sales department but it's always a battle getting someone to actually pickup the phone in their Service department. I don't think I've ever had a voicemail returned.

I’m not usually the type of guy to post reviews of places. It’s just not my thing. My review of this dealer is actually a critique of other dealers.

I ordered a brand new TRD Off-Road Tacoma from Dale at Brewer. I had to wait a month to take delivery of the car due to the chip shortage, but that’s not at all the fault of the dealer. In fact, I’m surprised that it only took a month.

Dale seriously made my experience at the dealer a breeze. I was in and out in an hour. Previously I’ve had experiences with dealers that were all day ordeals. I told Dale what time I was coming to pick the car up and he had the paperwork ready for me when I got there. Just had to wait to sit down with finance to agree to the terms of the loan. That’s it.

I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. If i could give them more than 5 stars, i would. Thanks, Dale.

Gregg was EXCEPTIONAL! We didn't know him previously but as soon as we met him he made us comfortable and like we were old friends. He is very personable and non-pushy which is why we moved forward with our purchase.we are going to be referring allot of friends to him due to our experience.

Went to Brewer service dept and was inquiring about someone helping me with the headlight I put in myself, wondering about making an appt. Being i came in at 3: 45pm The gentleman at the service desk ask promptly how he can help. He said he would look at my headlight himself, he walked right over to my prius and tried to put it in correctly but said he will pull it in the shop and get it put in correctly.
Talk about a helpful staff at Brewer! Thats why i keep coming here. Only place I will ever deal with!
Service above and beyond! I was expecting to set an appt but instead the problem was solved swiftly.

To whom it may concern,
I signed a 36 month lease on 2021 Toyota Highlander vin#5TDBBRCH7MS34I300 on August 23rd, 2021 with $500 deposit from Brewer Airport Toyota. I am currently leasing a Toyota Camry and have 3months left on my current lease. On the day of sale, sales person Caleb Lemley told me I could upgrade my current leased vehicle with this new lease and all remaining lease payments would be  credited. Because of the shortage i was told to wait couple of weeks until the vehicle is delivered. I was even given a customer number #453034.

Today, 9/7/2001, we finally received the call from the dealership saying our vehicle is ready to go. When we went to the dealership, we were told that remaining payments on our current lease would not be credited, we were already given a great discount (!), and we should pay the current balance. This new person we dealt with today, who called himself Dave, was very rude, and even aggressive. It almost felt like he wanted this vehicle to himself.

I've been a Toyota leaser and customer for 6 years and I wasn't expecting this bad experience.

I am very disappointed!

Jack Hampsey is an awesome sales person. He is very helpful and listens to your needs and wants. Matt in finance was very organized and helpful. No one was too pushy either!

FYI if you have service done at Brewer make sure they actually do the service! Went for my 21 Toyota free 5 k service, includes tire rotation, the didn't do it! The left front tire was replaced r/t a flat, the tow driver scratched the wheel. The same wheel and tire is still on the left front of the car. Did the response to Toyota questionnaire got a auto response email from the manager and no other response. Will return to another Pgh area dealer never had an issue with.

I will go here for any future car purchases. I will highly recommend Brewer Airport Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They went out of their way to make our experience pleasant. Mr. Marty Armstrong went out of his way to make our buying experience quick & easy. The GM, Mr. Baselj, gave us a more than fair price for our trade, got us in our payment range & worked to make sure we were taken care of during the buying process. They also both went out of their way to help entertain our son while we worked numbers & signed papers.

Fantastic dealership. I have bought 3 Toyota vechicles from this dealership. From the sale of the car to the schedule maintenace. I have never been treated at a dealership better than at Brewer Airport Toyota.

The employers were friendly, professional, and attentive.
The waiting area is roomy, airy, and clean.
The t.v. 's are annoying. Soft background music would be more inviting/relaxing.

Like all dealerships right now, they're struggling for inventory, but Jack was a great help, friendly, and straight to the point. Much appreciated! If his manager had wanted to sell a vehicle and not fluffed their offer when it came time to crunch numbers, I definitely wouldve bought a truck off Jack!

Update: Original rating was raised due the general manager David calling me directly and coming to numbers we could both feel good about. I ended up returning to the dealer and purchasing the discussed vehicle. David took a no nonsense approach to this phone call and with that we handled it quite quickly. He also was sure to follow up with me as well! The only reason I didn't go with a 5 star rating is simply because it took me two trips at a bit of a distance to complete this transaction.

I went this evening to look at a used car which I liked and was ready to make a deal. Salesman was awesome as well, but the issue was the numbers. They wanted to give me $1000 below the low side of KBB trade value on my car with 14500 miles while also wanting $1400 over the high side of fair market value of their car. Just couldn't even consider a deal thousands off of fair market value. If you are an educated buyer I wouldn't waste time at this dealer.
