Brian J. Keener, M.D. reviews
15Dr. Keener was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly as to the procedure and the healing process. I would definitely see Dr. Keener again for a procedure if need be in the future.
This practice has revamped check in and out which is a bit confusing however I was seen quickly and Dr.keener took care of my trigger fingers swiftly. I would recommend him for this condition.
This practice was notorious for very long wait times and I’m pleased to say that improved with my most recent visit.
Update: 3 weeks later - I am changing my review from a five star to a 3. That is because three weeks later the injection sites are very sore and the tendon running down to my wrist is also very sore, more so than before the Cortizone shots. I don’t understand why three weeks later it still requires ice. Now I have to wait three months before seeing another doctor to hopefully fix my hand.
I have been very satisfied with the care that I have received from both, Dr. Brian J. Keener, M. D.and Michelle "Shelly" my OT at LOG. I would heartily recommend both Dr. Keener, M. D.and Shelly OT at LOG to any of my acquaintances, friends and family members who would be in need of any orthopedic surgical and OT care.
It was my 1st encounter with Dr. Keener and he was pleasant and explained my options for my wrist. There was no pressure to do one thing or the other which allowed me to choose a minimal procedure to start for my situation.
LOG always has the smoothest check-in procedure of any facility I have known. Staff are fri3endly and efficient, Dr. Keener, excellent.
Dr Keener and his staff at LOG, and the surgery center, were very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They were very supportive and calming, making the surgery seem to not be as big of a deal. It went very smoothly and well as I continue to recover. Thanks all!
Office and staff were all wonderful. I won't be going back to see Dr Keener and will drive to my original Dr in Hershey instead. I felt Dr Keener and I didn't relate as Dr and patient and I don't think my hand will be feeling better in a month or 2 on it's own.
Dr Keener explained everything very well and did a very good job on my surgery I am pain free Thank You so much
Dr. Keener was very easy to understand, took his time with me, and cared about my needs. Very friendly.
I had a very good experience. Dr. Keener and his team were professional, thorough and extremely nice. This is my second time at LOG with a different dr, but always a good experience.
Went to LOG Urgent Care and I was seen immediately and had at least an idea of what was going on with knee. I was happy to learn that this injury is not too serious. Dr Keener answer my questions and suggested that I see a knee specialist.
Brian resolved pain issues in 2 hands. Nice job. Hopefully I don't need additional work done but if I do I would not hesitate to use him and LOG
Dr. Keener is very professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem & gave the possible options to address the problem.
Had surgery on my right hand middle finger and point finger for trigger finger in October. My pain Is worse off now then when I went in. Went back and gave me two cortisone shot. Did not work suggest I go to therapy. Went for two weeks and made the pain worse. Hand is swollen especially in the mornings. I am seeing another dr.at Rothman Institute for second opinion. Suggested I have surgery to correct what Dr Keener did wrong.
Dr. Keener and his staff are very professional, efficient, and kind. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my visit.
