Brick Heads, Lancaster PA

This is such a cool spot! They have so many Legos to choose from! We needed 1 specific piece and we found it right away. My kids loved being able to make their own lego people. We'll definitely be back!

I truly love supporting small businesses, but I have a really hard time buying anything from a store (especially one as small as this one) when you walk in, and you're not even greeted with a friendly "hello", or even "Can I help you find something? ". The fact that I took the time to come into your store to buy Lego, knowing that I can find it cheaper somewhere else, just to give you the business should warrant at least some level of decent customer service. I have visited the store many times over the last couple of years, and it has been the same thing. The ONLY time I received good service is when I purchased something, then it's all smiles, a little bit of banter, the clerk shares how much they know about Lego. Why should it have to take that to be acknowledged in your store? Question. Do you only greet certain customers? Because I have been there when it has been busy and I've witnessed this. Please do better, and please don't try to rationalize and explain it away.bad customer service is bad customer service.

Amazing place for Lego lovers, regardless of age! After passing this hidden gem for years, I finally stopped in and wasn’t disappointed.

The staff are super helpful with anything you could want! I needed 6 specific individual Lego pieces and ended up finding them at Brick Heads with the help of the employees. Great pricing on everything as well!

My son lost a piece from his lego build, and they not only had the piece but gave it to us for free! Great locally owned company!

Really friendly staff. Went above and beyond to look for figures not on display. I can see parking being kinda difficult during a busier time since they are located immediately off a busy road, but luckily I went during the afternoon. 100% living every lego enthusiats to find rare sets and pieces.

The owners and staff of this business go above and beyond in all they do. The service they provide is fantastic. The nostalgic feeling of being in the store is something you can’t get online. I highly recommend stopping in for any AFOLs in the area or passing thru Lancaster Pa.

Last spring, old friends told us about Brick Heads. After living in the county for a few years, we managed to miss out on knowing it existed. We FINALLY made it out to the shop last week. Our kids love Lego and they were very excited! They collected their spending money and we were off. There was something for everyone: they entered the Lego building contest, found sets, made a mini figure and even got a replacement piece for a set that went missing. Asked for a specific piece in a specific color that I was having trouble finding. Employee walked to the back and came back out with it immediately. Great service, friendly staff!

BTW the staff is Lego crazy and super educated on all things Lego.

The individuals that run this store are some of the nicest people I’ve ever done business with. Not only am I extremely satisfied with our interaction, I will undoubtably be doing business with them again in the future. If you are looking for a republic frigate or a clone turbo tank, get there quick before they sell out!

The owners and other workers here a delight to chat with. Their selection of sets both hit me with major nostalgia for my childhood sets of the 70s and 80s as well as just impressed me with their variety. I was able to arrange a deal for my dream set and am very grateful for them. Thank you so so much!

Such a fun store. Plenty of used Lego (collectible, retired, or bulk). We really enjoy building our own Minifigures.
