Brick Oven Pizzeria, Scranton PA

I took a client here for an early dinner. Our waitress provided exceptional service! I wish I got her name to give her the recognition. She was so patient, understanding and friendly. She took the time to listen to my clients order and if she didn’t understand (he had a speech problem) she would ask me politely and friendly. She made him feel very welcome. Very impressed! The food was good also.

Be aware, they do not serve Stromboli's like the menu says. They serve calzones and argue with you that, thats how they make their Stromboli's unprofessional and shouldn't have it on the menu if they do not serve them. If i wanted a calzone thats what i would've ordered.

Omg I've been looking for a Pizzeria that somewhat Reminds me of New York Pizza, and I have went to different Scranton pizza place and this is so far the best pizza that reminds me of the New York pizza! I love the cheese the Sauce, and the customer service on point love it!

So I ordered normal cheese and Hawaiian, next time I will ask for more cheese and alittle more cooking time, they loved it but the cheese slides off after a small tilt in the car. Lol other than that good pizza

Excellent pizza and dinners…wings and garlic knots are great too…top notch friendly service! Retro posters and games are great to look at…Will definitely be back!

I'm only giving it 3 stars because I went to eat here with a party of three and there was no one there, a couple came in a few minutes later, and their order was taken first and their food was served first don't want to sound like a Karen but first come first serve I ordered a salad the other two people I was with order pizza and fries the food wasn't bad at all serves sucks.

The hot wing pizza is good. The BBQ pizza is also good. The staff is friendly, but very slow. It's expensive. And it's a very small place but it's location is not bad.

Ordered a few times wings were good. Salad hoagie not bad. Pizza good only big problem i have is the pizza not being cut all the way through! Not one time! Try pulling that apart having a knife or not such a mess. So simple to just cut so customers can grab their slices especially if you are at an office setting at lunchtime people want to eat it not wear it. I personally will not order anymore simply because of that have given several chances. And the wait time was always alot longer as many other's have said.

Food is always great but they don’t stay open until the advertised time. I called at 930 to order a pizza and was told the kitchen was already closed. Such a disappointment there.

Was extremely rude on the phone when placing order. Driver took food and required me to wait longer to go a new pizza. Wasn't helpful at all!

Brick Oven Burger, Roast Beef Sandwich, and Butternut Squash were EXCELLENT. Friendly, clean, great atmosphere. A genuine 5/5 dining experience.

Literally no customer service.this business is run by immature children with no people skills.tried multiple times to reach the owner but no response.avoid this place at all costs.

Everytime we get out order something is either wrong or missing then when I call back to ask for missing items they tell me they will make sure the driver gets it and the driver comes back with only half of the missing items not cool this is every time

The best food EVER. THEIR CHICKEN PARMESAN IS THE BEST. GARLIC KNOTS ARE TO DIE FOR AND THE SALAD GIVES IT A GREAT LITTLE SNACK

I ordered a large vodka pizza for delivery. It was absolutely delicious, the pizza was still hot when I received it, and the delivery driver was kind. I will certainly be ordering again.

I bought 2 pizzas last night. And a Stromboli everything gave me and my kids food poisoning they clear did not care … or willing to nothing to assist me

Food was so delicious! One waiter, but he did a fantastic job taking care of our group of 14, plus all other customers inside snd those sitting outside.
