Brickside Grille, Exton PA

This place has gone wayyyy downhill. There must be new ownership and/or management because no one seemed to know or care about what was happening. The service was terrible, food took over an hour to come out and was average at best, and the chick that was singing today was worse than any amateur open mic night singer. It's so sad to see how much this place has declined over the years. I think today was our last time dining at the Brickside Grille.

We sat on the patio, had a wonderful waitress, Nicole. She was attentive but not overbearing. The food was delicious as always. We truly enjoy Brickside!

This is a beautiful restaurant. The servers were attentive and helpful. The food was good. However, I was a little disappointed at the choices I had. I wish there were more fish choices besides salmon. I felt that the menu was lacking in choices like Flounder, catfish etc. The only choices I had were fish and chips and crab cakes. I picked fish and chips. Although the food was good, I was disappointed that there weren't any other choices. Saying that, I would definitely go back and try the crab cakes!

Visited recently for Sunday brunch and it was an enjoyable experience! Sat at the bar as it was a last minute plan and the place was busy, Service was still good and meals and drinks were enjoyed.

Food was very good especially the oysters. Server seemed to have forgotten about us but overall she was good. Honestly with 7 of us eating we all enjoyed what we got and would come back.

Waitress was lovely and very attentive.
My prime rib wasn’t good. Taste. Texture. Point. It was grey.

Highly recommend Brickside! Service was awesome, food came out perfect and everyone was friendly. We had clams and lobster bisque for our apps are they were delicious! Dinner was prime rib (rare and outstandingly amazing!) Snow crabs (good amount of meat!). We had a great time and looking forward to getting back! Thanks for a great night out!

Excellent customer service. I decided to make an impromptu stop to place a takeout order for a prime rib sandwich and the hostess provided excellent service and the food tasted very good.

Olivia & Greg were fabulous servers. They took care of our MeetUp group Social Survivors Tribe, like we were family. We had 20 people, and the venue was wonderful as they offered us separate checks. Bring your group party to Brickside, you'll be glad you did.

Easy online reservation system. Nice ambience. Excellent food and portion sizes. Great service.

Tasty, unique appetizers and entrées. Wood fired pizza, steaks, seafood. Great outdoor seating. Fantastic Sunday brunches. Accomodations for large groups and parties. Highly recommended.

Brickside Grille is an excellent restaurant. Service is most prompt & friendly. Oysters were fresh and well presented. The salad I had was delicious.

Glasses were dirty. Booth seats needed to be repaired. It took a very long time for our food to arrive. Cardboard food service tomatoes and overcooked potatoes.

The food was good. Our waitress was great! It was alittle noisy. I just dont get having the TVs on when you have live entertainment.

I had my baby shower at Brickside Grille and I can not rave enough about how amazing my experience was. The venue itself was beautiful and a perfect size! They have multiple rooms that you can choose from too.

Communication during the planning process was the best I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve planned a lot of events in the past! I worked with Carter and he was detailed, informative, patient and paid close attention to everything during the planning process. He had everything I asked for down to the very detail on the day of my shower all perfectly ready for the party to start!

On the day of the event the entire staff was absolutely incredible and so attentive to our guests and anything that we needed. The food was great and everyone loved the different options they had for the breakfast buffet.

If you are looking for a place to host your next event I would definitely come to Brickside Grille!:)

Had Sunday brunch. Food and drink were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed surf and turf bloody Mary and lobster eggs Benedict. Would look forward to going back

We had a 5 star experience from the service to the food! Only downside for us was as we entered the restaurant, there were 4 staff members chatting around the front desk, they completely ignored us apon arrival until we actively got their attention. That was not a great start. BUT. EVERYTHING else thereafter was absolutely perfect! Our server was an older gentleman, he was simply superb. Front staff could work on their intro a bit.
