4Doing awesome things here - the porch sale was so much fun (having vendors, etc is a great idea) and very helpful. Stephen and Stephanie are so nice to deal with. Awesome finds and very professional!
Their commissions are ridiculous for the lack of effort. The seller and buyer are both taken advantage of by this half baked auction company.
I tried to make a next day return on an auction piece. I discovered it was not authentic. They refused to honor it or the problem. BEWARE! NOT CREDITABLE AT ALL!

Leah thank you for talking with me on 2/14 but my review stands. Sorry you do not believe what transpired during my interactions with Briggs but they happen. I will try to connect with you again to send you something to convince you this occurred.
Their were many avenues I tried to use to give Briggs the chance to exchange the purchase. All were argued with and no attempt was made by Briggs. I had my credit card company, the better business bureau, the TV News media and the Attorney General of Philadelphia office reach out. Briggs did not want to refund the purchase.
Sorry this happened between us I never in my many previous purchases had reson to believe a return would lead to this.
It is years later and hopefully your deals became more legitimate but I still have a fake guitar that cost me thousands of dollars to look at. Hope others are not going through similar issues.
Great auction house for buyers and sellers. From $500 rugs to $10,000 paintings they can be trusted with you consignments and you will he happy with your purchases.
