Bright Nail Spa reviews
9So disappointed! I remember them from when they were on Krewstown Rd.and they were decent. The guy did my nails today. He seemed bothered. The polish selection he gave me was limited, no sparkly colors.: (I asked “is this it for colors” he replied yes. I pointed out several times my nails were crooked. I told him I wanted soft edges, which I got on one hand but not the other. I guess that’s my fault as I did repeat the request for the other hand. I assumed he would have picked up on it. My nails were not buffed well resulting in the polish having a rough finish. I really wanted to like this place as they did come highly recommended. I guess the recommendation doesn’t apply to all technicians.
I had gotten a spa Pedi, and it was great! Someone greeted me as soon as I walked in. It was a little wait before being seen, I went sun morning an hour after they opened. However, the lady who did my nails was good, smiled, adjusted for comfort, and polite. Plenty of parking.
Good nails every time but lately I been going and my nails are falling off less then a weak later. Very brittle, 2 nails cracked clean across and sides chipping off. With the amount of money I pay I would love for them to last. Design and paint always good though. Tracey is very good
I’ve been to this salon several times per my mom’s recommendation as she’s had positive experience here. I’ve never had any significant issues or complaints with this salon before and usually was pretty satisfied with my nails. I came on 05/23/23 as a walk-in to get mani/padi with spa. Both of my nails and toes were done within 2 hours. When I left my gel nail polish was see through with patches but I still paid full price and gave 20% tip. Over the course of the next few days my nail polish started to chip from nails and I got paronychia of my big toe. It hasn’t even been a week then and for the price I was charged, that is not the outcome I expected. I guess it depends on who is doing the nails but things should not be rushed and done properly.
I have been going to bright nails for over a year now they are very personable and do great work especially Michelle and Julie
Clean establishment, pleasant employees, large selection of colors (regular, gel & powder) but lacking in the quality of manicure & pedicure- very quick, both done in less than an hour and my heels still feel like rhinasourus skin
1st time there today. Impeccably clean, staff very nice. I am very particular and they did a great job.
DON'T GET LASHES HERE!
I went in for a dip powder and fell color change on my toes those services were great.
Then I asked about a stop lash application and the lash lady said ok, then while I was still getting my nails done, to my suprise, the lash lady wanted to apply the strip will I was still getting my nails done.
Then she miss applied the lashes, I felt glue in my eye then the lash came off and my eyes were starting to glue shut, then she tells me to open my eyes, and I clearly felt a lot of dried up glue on my one lashes.
All this while I am still getting my nails done. They she is trying to as best as possible get them glue off of my eyelid and lashes but it hurts while she does that. Then finally with tweezers she gets it off but when I look at my natural lashes a patches of my natural lashes are gone.
All this was not necessary and they offered no compensation other than sorry for making a huge mistake and ripping out my natural lashes. I was just happy to get out of there.
When she started doing my lashes while my nails were getting done there were not many customers in the store ans I have bo idea why she had to do it while I was still having my nails done. That was a bad decision and at the end it resulted in my natural lashes being damaged. Not a good way to do business. Plus they offered nothing to compensate for this major mistake.
