Well she went to pull a tooth and it broke at the gum line. Now I have to go to an oral surgeon. She filled a couple of my daughters teeth and she was in horrible pain. Went to another dentist who took exrays. The pain is caused by the fillings resting ON the nerves. Oh! And this dentist tried to tell my daughter that her primary Dr was the one who needs to fill out the prior authorization form in order to do root canals. Really? ! My new dentist said they get ALOT of patients from Bright Smiles.

Don't come here. Only giving two stars because staff is nice. However, dentist work is horrible. I went here 6 months to a year ago to get multiple fillings after years of not going to the dentist. I walked out with my teeth worse than when I came in. I had real bad tooth pain a week or so ago and called because I had no other choice. They give me an appointment for the next day. I go in and I'm told it's only because I grind my teeth at night. She told me this without even looking in my mouth. Then tells me to get a mouth guard and gives me the lowest dose of antibiotics and sends me on my way. I get a mouth guard and right on it it says
"do not use if already in pain" smh. So, realizing this is a loss cause, I call a new dentist. They give me an appointment a few days later. I go in, I'm told I need a ROOT CANAL. How could any professional dentist not see that? Well, needless to say, I got the procedure done, and had to pay $1,500 out of pocket. At least I found a new dentist who actually knows what they're doing. Don't waste your money here and much more importantly, don't put your dental health at risk.

The dentist told me to wait to have a tooth pulled needless to say I took her advice and the tooth got infected and she waited so long to pull it that the root broke off in my gum and now I need to find an oral surgeon and have been looking for one for 8 weeks that will take my insurance or that has an appt available or that is taking new patients and it’s looking like I will most likely be paying $1000 out of pocket for her bad advice.

I have only been coming here for a short time now. I have had multiple teeth pulled and cavities filled up to this point. As I sit in this chair getting molded for some dentures all I can think is thank God. I'm almost done the journey I've been on for 4+ years, of getting my healthy mouth back. I have nothing but good things to say about this whole office. Very caring, personal and they are all great at making you feel comfortable.
