Brightside Academy, Philadelphia PA

Returned my 2 year old with a bloody scratched face. The scratches were so deep as if a cat from hell has gotten to my child. 5 months later the scars remain on his face. He told me he weren’t eating. Came home with diarrhea a few times, Teachers have their own children enrolled. Your not allowed past the front door so you can’t see in the classrooms, have no clue what they're back there doing to peoples kids. Popped up early a few times and teachers would be outside in front of the dollar general. My child was excited to go in the beginning, then cried in fear after a week. One teacher was just plain messy, a gossiper asking me personal questions, where did I work and where did we stay. Told me my child was “sneaky” because he got a snack without permission. He was only enrolled for 1 month, such a short time and all these events occurred.

I love the staff at Brightside they are like a second family to my children they always make sure my children and all the other children are safe. They are welcoming and understanding also kind and a big concrete support to have, they have instilled morals in my children as if they were their own. I give them a 10 on my end

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My child have been going here for 4 years and I always felt my baby was happy, healthy, safe, and LOVED. " Management and Staff have been nothing but wonderful super genuine. I’ll give them a 5 star! They deserve it.
