Words can’t express my appreciation to Terry Hannon she’s so understanding, friendly, encouraging and I was amazed when I spoke with her, hardly recommend Bristol Garden, very spacious and very friendly neighbors.

If you are ever thinking about moving here, DON’T! There are so MANY things wrong with this apartment complex, I am seriously surprised they past inspections every year! The roach problem is extremely out of hand! So out of hand that there are roaches in the laundry room when you go to wash clothes. Every few months the a/c / heater in the closet would leak into my living room smelling like mildew and mold. I’ve had to buy and replace multiple carpets, rugs, towels, mops, etc. They barely wanted to vacuum up the water that leaked all into my apartment when they came. Terry the manager is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life! How she has this job and keeps this job is beyond me. Everything in the apartment was barely put together so it didn’t take long for things to start falling apart such as the drawers in the kitchen, the tiles on the floors, the horrible paint job on the walls. Also they have a horrible squirrel problem! People are steadily feeding the squirrels so they don’t go away and the squirrels end up crawling up and down the windows and the vents of the a/c / heater unit. Luckily I moved out of there and was able to provide my family a better and more sanitary place to live. So if you value your health, I would definitely NOT recommend this raggedy version of “living arrangements”. (Would give ZERO stars if the option allowed it.)
