The doctor is knowledgeable, and caring. The staff are friendly and patient. Pricing is reasonable as well. Definitely would recommend them.

I lost my beloved cat today he’s been going to this hospital since he was three weeks old and I pay for his vet care and was told he’s fine nothing worry or be concern they gave him his vaccinations and bath trim nail send him home he was rush to University Penn Emergency room they found he had heart murmur and cancer my baby of 14 years pass this morning I will never ever go to this hood hospital who only care about taking your money

I had my rescue Tangie spayed there and they were very honest and found out she was pregnant and they showed me pictures and explained everything. They aren’t just to make money; which is a breath of fresh air.

The staff and the veterinarian with excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My cat feel much much better.

The vet is so rude
He doesn’t have manners how to speak and treat the pets.

They tell something else on phone and then when you reach and get the procedure done they ask more money

Think 1000 times before leaving your pets at this place for any procedure.

My husband used to work here a long time ago, and so we continue to take the pets there. Got a new cat for my in laws last December and we’ve been taking him here and will continue. They offer very affordable prices and do good work. I always feel respected and welcomed when I come in. They take very good care of our sweet boy! Especially when he got neutered and I called with a bunch of questions, they never seemed annoyed and answered my questions! Keep it up you all!

A veterinarian with Saturday hours plus walk-in appointments is fantastic. The exam was thorough, prompt and the fee reasonable. Both my dog and I did like our first experience with Dr. Yang.

Unfortunately, the staff stated they would not provide a printed nor electronic copy of medical record for this visit without a $22.00 fee. They have also stopped accepting CareCredit.

If you have pet insurance this may not be the best option as claims submitted without medical records result in delays, sometimes long delays 1-3 days vs 2-4 weeks, in reimbursement or in denied claims + appeals. This has been my experience with 8+ years of pet insurance.
