This is a clean place with nice staff and has great services. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve been going to this place for a good 3 and a half years or so. On June 21,2023 I finally got my Braces taken off. This is a bit of a spoiler but I thought it was so cute that they gave me a little gift and got to hit this instrument to show that I was finally done. My overall experience was amazing. There was probably one person I probably didn’t like but everyone else was absolutely amazing. They’re clean, organized, kind, and have great energy. Even though I know nothing about teeth or how braces work (outside of its general use), I liked how they explained things to me in a manner that helped me understand what was going on. They’re great people. I would definitely recommend them.

From my first consultation to the conclusion of my treatment, Dr. Neil Uffner and his staff at Broad Street Braces have been the absolute best! They're professional, polite, knowledgeable, and skilled. My treatment was successful and did not cause me nearly as much pain as I anticipated. They provided guidance every step of the way. From the receptionist (s) at the front desk all the way down the line, service is served with a smile. Prices were reasonable, my insurance was accepted, and payment plans were easy and affordable; I even received a family discount! I am so thankful and grateful to have received my treatment at Broad Street Braces! Highly recommend!

Really nice and efficient team. I had my replacement night guard made here and they went through all the options thoroughly. All said and done, wearing it for a few days now and my jaw has not felt this good in years! It’s a bonus that replacing the night guards is inexpensive since they gave me the mold. I really appreciate honest businesses like BSB and also that they embrace technology to make the experience (and bill) painless.

I highly recommend BSB for your orthodontic needs! Everyone there went above and beyond to help accommodate appointments for me and make my son feel so comfortable! They did such a great job with my son’s teeth! Everyone is so nice and professional! I loved taking my son there, we will definitely miss them!

100% recommend them because every appointment they are truly on point with your visit. Never had I ever had a complaint with the wait or anything at all. Good people, friendly environment. Listed to what the I wanted, I had my braces on for over two years. Never much of a problem as regards to secluded appointments and work on my teeth. Although sometimes I would get someone who was too rough on my teeth and would be a to forceful on my mouth, but that rarely was an issue for how good my braces felt and how well placed they were. 8/10 experience would recommend to someone else.
