7The ladies here are so sweet and treat my gram so well. It’s so nice to hear my gram say “ oh she is so nice” to each of the ladies as they go by.
Really treated my Grandmother with great care and respect not just her but our family also!
I am extremely pleased with the care my mother is receiving at Brookline. She is happy and the facility takes care of all of her needs. We could not ask for better care. EVERY department of the facility is amazing, kind, and competent at what they do. As her daughter, I feel welcomed and informed. Mom is in the best possible place that she can be at this time in her life. I feel truly blessed that she is at Brookline.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is so neat and clean.
The staff members at Brookline skilled Rehab in Mifflintown, PA are awesome. The nurses, CNAs, dietary staff, and receptionist are competent and caring and kind. Additionally, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and able to enjoy a 90th birthday celebration on 4/23/23 with our father. Plus, my Dad likes the meals!
Staff friendly, also responsive to questions concerning our family member resident. Communication has been great with nursing staff and social worker staff.
Using Advanced Entry at Brookline Manor was quick and easy. No delays. No hassles. A nice addition to visiting the facility.
