Incredible service. Got me in super quick and all the staff was incredibly kind. Took good care of my car and was in and out quickly.

Had an appt elsewhere for 4 tires and no one showed up. Had a flat I needed fixed asap and they offered to fix the flat same morning and the other 3 the next day. Ended up getting all 4 this morning and they offered to inspect it while I’m here. Very nice guys, great service and great timing. Best customer service I’ve had at a car shop. Won’t be going anywhere else.

The guys at Shrewsbury Brooks-Huff are always friendly and professional, and have helped me in an emergency when I needed it. They are our go-to shop when we need auto work done.

Driving home from work I had my low pressure light come on and knew immediately I had run over something. I called Brooks-Huff and they fit me in and we’re able to repair my tire and get me on my way with minimum wait time! Definitely would recommend this place!

I visit Brooks Huff for alignments and inspections, and I've also purchased tires from them. I'm consistently greeted by friendly voices and receive quick, efficient service. The team is transparent about their work and pricing, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend them!

Needed new tires in order to pass inspection. They did not have the particular size that I needed. They had them next-day and passed inspection

Great place to have your vehicle worked on. Friendly folks who explain what's wrong in a easy way.

Received a front end alignment and asked them to check all 4 brand new tires for balance. Car pulled to the right and had to schedule to take it back. Waiting for appointment we found a weight along side one of the tires on the ground. We asked them to correct alignment and check balances on tires again. Still pulls and they charged again for the balance check. NOT what I expected.

Great service and customer support. I purchased tires from an online retailer and they installed and balanced them with no hassle. They also did a 4 wheel alignment. I would go back for any tire service in the future.

The friendly atmosphere is apparent as soon as you walk in the door. The waiting area is clean, and comfortable. The work done on my car was completed quickly, while the mechanic explained everything before and after so I was at ease. Neighborhood auto center was busy with regulars, and greeted by name.

The guys at Brooks Huff are fantastic to work with. From simple repairs, 4 tire replacement recommendations, cracked wheel repairs, they do it all. Excellent service.

I bought 2 new tires on 12/23/22 for my suburban. I was notified that one of the sensors was bad and needed replaced. I authorized the replacement of the sensor cause I was tired of seeing it on the dash.

I picked suburban up, get down the road a bit and i see the low air pressure light. It says low tire pressure in both rear tires, one was 22psi and the other was 26psi.

I called Brooke's Huff and let them know the NEW sensor was not working properly. I set up a revisit for next week. The reason I set the revisit appointment up was cause I was certain that they would have put the Correct Air pressure in The Brand New Tires.

I checked the tire pressure in Zero Degree Weather and sure enough the NEW tires were not filled with the proper air pressure upon the install.

I have used Brooke's Huff for several years, there have been a few mishaps along the way. I typically don't post on these Surveys but felt the need to this time.

These guys are always so helpful, timely and courteous. No wonder we always use their services when we can. And once again they provided great and courteous service! 1/5/23 - once again these guys do great work and provide great guidance on preventive maintenance.

Great service.didn't wait nearly as long as at the dealership. Felt like it rode better after rotating tires. They are the BEST!

Brian was awesome! Very friendly and took the time to explain what was done, even though it was only a damaged tire repair. I made an appointment and was very impressed with the fast service I received. I really appreciated being treated with such respect & courtesy on my first time at Brooks-Huff. I would definitely return for other service and highly recommend them.
