Home is still holding up well 10 yrs later. Only regret is using the code bare minimums for lumber size. Floors could be sturdier. Electricians didn't organize wires neatly above electrical box which was a first for me. Very surprising they would leave it so sloppy and I wish I caught it sooner.

We stopped to look at a model while we were on vacation. Very nicely constructed and there are many options for personalizing your home. We may be looking into a Brookside Home in the future!

We worked with Zac Cuneo at the Mansfield office. He was very professional and responsive to all of our questions. Our home was finished in 2017. We are very impressed with the quality of their work and the professional and friendly service of all of the contractors. We highly recommend building your new home with Brookside. My experience with Brookside was great! They walked me through the entire process of building a home and made it as simple as possible. They gave me a timeline and stuck to it; they even completed my house early! I wasn't hit with any unexpected costs. I was able to customize things as much as I wanted, and any changes I made were immediately reflected in the total cost. Most importantly, they were very responsive anytime I had any questions or issues to discuss (Zach at the Mansfield office is great!) I would recommend Brookside to anyone building a new home.
