I am working out of town and as my wife was visiting she broke down. Christine and everyone in the service department went way above and beyond to ease our anxiety and find the problem and get it taken care of on incredibly short notice. I could not rave enough and highly recommend

I had brought a vehicle to be serviced back in November of 2021! We spoke with a representative at the service department about leaving our vehicle until we were able to have it garaged! She informed us that it was okay and if they needed us to move it we would be contacted! My uncle is the registered owner of the vehicle. Now he was in a major accident and was brought back to life 4 times on his way to the hospital! We were not allowed to remove the vehicle unless he was present to provide the documentation they needed! Not one time has dodge contacted my uncle nor myself to inform us they were removing our vehicle! Now we are expected to pay over $1000 because of poor Customer service! We were paying customers and our rights were violated and now my vehicle is sitting in an impound lot! They refuse to provide me with a telephone number to their corporate office as well!

Kolbe was great to work with. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. And he was so knowledgeable about all the options and features.

The service department is a joke. I would’ve gotten better quality work from a crack head in an autozone parking lot.

My mom's jeep was in serviced today for a state inspection at Brown Daub. It was driven less than 5,000 miles in a year. She was given an emission exemption sticker, in the state of PA you are then not charged for an emission test. Brian forced a charge upon her for the emission test. He then proceeded to tell her she can go find a garage with a senior citizen discount that she could afford. BLANT AGEISM. AND FRAUD PRATICE.

Edit: I did reach out to the service manager. Receptionist drop me into his voicemail and never heard back.

Worst service experience I ever had EVER!
You never needed an appt for a state inspection before - well suddenly that changed
I tried to make an appt online and there is no place to put you are making an appt for an inspection. The blonde girl in the service dept is so incredibly RUDE and arrogant.
They don’t care at all and I purchased my truck there. Never ever again will I go there for anything!
Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Just had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Kolbe K. He helped us with a trade in of our lease to upgrade and get a bigger Jeep with more room. He was wonderful to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable.
He was also super flexible since we had our 2 kiddos along for the process and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly; much appreciated. Thank you!

Kolbe Kroger and the rest of the team at Brown-Daub (David Graves) made this the most delightful, painless car buying experience ever! After weeks of shopping around for new Ram 1500 at multiple dealerships, we were left so disgusted and disillusioned with the stereotypical bait and switch and slimy sales tactics we experienced (hello Bayside Chrysler). Kolbe was so prepared, honest, and straight forward to work with, I could not recommend him more! Trust me, these guys are the best. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else.

Completely disappointing. I called in advance to verify the hours for the express lane service and was told the last customer is taken by 4pm. I show up at 330 and then told it’s closed because there’s a person in front of me and they won’t be able to finish in time. What a joke! Desk worker said to call in advance next time to see if they can fit me in. What the point of it being express then?

Just got a sweet trade-in deal on my 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Kolbe at Brown Daub knew I was looking to upgrade to a Grand Cherokee and called me with a trade-in offer I couldn’t refuse. Kolbe got me into a beautiful Grand Cherokee Overland, which is exactly what I was looking for. Brought a 2022 Grand Wagoneer. Paid over 100,000 for it. Radio has not worked correctly since I picked up the car. Now I'm waiting a month for a replacement!

Two and a half hour oil change. Even had a scheduled appointment. Service one star. Worst service department experience I have encountered.

Sales department gets five stars.

Kolbe was the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He was kind and patient and never made me feel pressured to purchase. He worked with me and my budget and I walked away happy as can be with my 2022 compass. My husband and I have become loyal brown daub customers and recommend them to anyone looking for a jeep!

When you have an express service lane that is open until 6 and I arrive at 3 for just a simple oil change but you tell me you're closed for the day? Not good customer service.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. DONT VISIT THEIR SERVICE DEPT.
Their service department sucks, by far the worst have ever seen. The staff here are rude & unprofessional including the cashiers. I have taken my Chrysler 200 on 3 occasions to this place to get my airbag dash lights fixed but in vain. Each time they claim they've fixed the problem, the moment I drive off, the same same warning light pops back on! I think the mechanics here are inexperienced & don't know what they're doing. It is ludicrous for them to keep telling customers that they're under-staffed. I eventually decided to take the vehicle to their competitor and got it fixed in a few hours!

We bought our truck here less than a year ago and it's been in for service once there since then. I called to schedule the next service only to get hung up on when I asked for Ram service. I guess Brown Daub doesn't value my business anymore so I've made arrangements to have our truck serviced at a local competitor. I hope this review reaches the correct personnel at the dealership and changes are made as this issue is very bad for continued business opportunities.

What a great experience purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L with Kolbe. Transaction was smooth from start to finish. With a hectic schedule, Kolbe did so much of the work prior to me even stepping foot in the dealership! I would recommend he and this dealership to anyone looking for a new ride!
