Top notch experience from this team. Had a horrible experience at another Kia dealership and the Brown-Daud team were able to save the day. Got the car we wanted, day of, and at a reasonable price. They were straightforward and to the point. Shawn and Gabrielle were awesome, finance team was also efficient and reasonable. Whole team was friendly. All around outstanding- looking to set up time to get my wife’s car squared away with this team as well. Would recommend to anyone, I had to drive past 4 Kia dealerships to get here- worth it.

All of the staff that I met were all so friendly and informative. My car came out like it was brand new. I had 4 recalls that needed to be fixed and they did an excellent job. No complaints. I recommend:)

I was nervous because I had a terrible experience at another dealership but this completely changed my mind. They were nice and considerate of my time. I expected it to take all weekend but they only took until the afternoon

I held off leaving a review for this dealer anywhere in the hope they would make things right, or at least do the bare minimum to keep me informed and return my calls. I'm extremely disappointed in the service department at Brown-Daub Kia of Easton, and Kia in general. Brought in for warranty work which did not correct the problem and after the second follow up visit, my car engine was taken apart without any form of authorization from me (verbal, written, or otherwise). Crystal was my service advisor. Now I'm told that not only do I need a replacement engine due to a known defect in this engine, but my only alternative to replacing the engine is to pay the dealership about $1,500 just to put it back together the way it was. So they expect me to pay them for taking the engine apart without any authorization, and for a warranty issue that specifically says in the warranty letter that "Your authorized Kia dealership will diagnose the cause at no cost to you during the extended warranty period. " At this point my car is basically being held hostage, and no one will give me an answer after almost 3 weeks, about whether Kia will cover an engine replacement, much less just put the car back together. I can't even get the dealership to send me written estimates for my options, despite multiple requests to different service advisors. All of this is while having to pay for a rental out of my own pocket. Service reps at Brown Daub keep blaming their district representative, and Kia consumer affairs keeps blaming the dealer.

Almost three weeks of daily calls to either Kia consumer affairs and the dealership and many many missed deadlines, and I'm still stuck without my vehicle. Highly recommend people find another dealership or, better yet, avoid Kia all together.

Kia dealerships in general seem to have service that is well below par, but this dealership has been distinctly awful. If I had even a little hope they were trying to help me out of the difficult situation they put me in I wouldn't be writing this review. I have no more faith in this dealer and Kia.

This is my 2nd purchase! Gabrielle did everything in her power to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Sean, Tom, and the rest of the team made the process fast and painless! Looking for the best in KIA, I highly recommend Brown Daub!

Going on 3rd trip back for the same repair. They don’t answer the phone, return messages, or have a loaner comparable to our car. It’s been very frustrating mainly with the lack of communication. If it wasn’t an expensive repair covered under manufacturer warranty, there’s no chance I would bring my car here for anything.

I was so impressed with the culture I experienced at Brown-Daub Kia. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They serviced my car, fixed everything i asked, and all at a reasonable price. They didn't "find" other problems, either. I'm so pleased!

Great group of people, their service department is top notch, good mechanics, always treated with courtesy, and they even wash your vehicle, I been going to brown daub for over 7 years, and a repeat customer, highly recommended.

Called and spoke to the internet sales person. We discussed numbers and inventory and I ended up driving an hour and a half for them to be WAY OFF of the numbers that we discussed. They lied to get me in person. Don’t trust them, they had hidden charges and fees and were not honest about it when I called.

I've been with KIA since 2019. Personel always happy to accommodate my needs. When I walk out, they accompany me to my car, and answer all my questions and concerns. AND MY CAR IS ALWAYS WASHED! LIKE BRAND NEW!

My salesperson, Bill Bickerhof was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was his easygoing no pressure demeanor that made my decision to purchase a lot simpler.
