We decided to make a day of it and drive to Pittsburgh. In the way back the truck started making god awful noises. We managed to get it off the road and in to a Sheetz parking lot. We used our AAA service and Tristan from Browns towing came to the rescue! He got to us very quickly, loaded up the truck and off we went. He got us and the truck home safe and sound. He was very kind and made the ride home enjoyable. If you need a tow or change a flat tire or even just got yourself locked out call Browns towing. You will get fantastic service! Thanks Tristan!

Jake, with Brown’s Towing, was professional, friendly and extremely conscientious. He performed his emergency AAA battery jump, battery replacement and rebooting our computer system and electronics with skill and persistence. These guys are the best! Had to have my jeep towed twice within the span of a month and both technicians I encountered were SO helpful! Dave was incredibly quick in getting my car loaded and made sure I was okay at the garage before leaving. Wish more people were as reliable as them!

I came into contact with this company by making a tow request with AAA. The whole process from making a call to AAA and working with Tom, my tow driver, was outstanding. He clearly knew AAAs process and was efficient, courteous, and friendly.

Last night I called AAA and they sent Browns towing. The driver contacted me on his way to me to let me know his ETA, it was rush hour but he made good time. I was very nervous to have my lexus SC430 towed, but it quickly became apparent that the driver knew what he was doing. His name was Travis Sapp. He was polite and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Brown's Towing and Travis!

I called AAA and received prompt service from a friendly and informative driver named Irwin. He was able to diagnose the issue that I was having with my alignment. Great customer service!

Brown's towing helped with my mom's car after an early morning accident where she missed the deer but not the embankment and culvert (unfortunately). They were great about giving me access to get her "stuff" out of the car. Great people and service provided. Thank you!
