Fantastic service, products that come with many amenities expeditious handling of service, with very flexible options for unscheduled needs. Most courteous, and knowledgeable staff at all times, Immaculate waiting rooms as well as restrooms, most convenient location.

Always a great place for tires and more. Great prices, friendly staff and excellent service. I bought four tires and alignment, I was in & out in under 40 minutes.

First time I used them. They were able to accommodate my schedule. Took my car in on time. Was finished in 40 minutes. Very happy with their service. Will be using them again.

Awesome experience! I had 4 new tires. Once I checked in, they send me link to my phone, where I can see inspection details. It took hour to be done everything. New tires, balance, alignment, 60k mile warranty included to price! Thank you Bruce Brothers!

On multiple occasions I have found Bruce Brothers to be very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. One time they didn’t even charge me to plug a tire that had a leak.

They are efficient with a comfortable waiting environment. I was able to set up at a work station with my computer and work while I waited. Car was done when promised. The free alignment with the purchase of 4 tires is so worth it.

Had a dent in my wheel/rim from pothole damage. Stopped in to see if they could order a new one along with a new tire and they ended up fixing the dent and installed a new tire. The staff was incredibly nice and professional and I recommend them to everyone

I was familiar with the old location Wow what a difference. Bigger is not always better but in this case Bruce Brothers hasn’t changed one bit. Still the great service, called, got an appointment the next day. Fast, friendly, price-wise (fair). Our 2006 Suzuki will need work in the future and Bruce Brothers will be where we go.

Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating to my specific needs. I have a vintage car and they had exactly what I needed in style of tire and new rims.

Made an appointment. Had them put tires (take offs) that I found in the classifieds. They did an alignment, checked the brakes, and I was out in 2 hours. They couldn't fit me in for inspection, but I forgot about that.

The price and service are great, the wait is ridiculous, to make an appointment for tires and still have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours is crazy. I have used Bruce Brothers for the last 10+y but may need to start looking somewhere else. I don't have that kind if time to wait.

I needed a tire rotation & was passing by & just stopped in w/I an appt. They weren't real busy. I walked to Vilka Bistro for lunch. My SUV was ready before my lunch was served. I have always received great service.

I've been coming here for years even when they were at old location and always get treated great and never to hidden cost and work is done professional and fast. Will be back again like always. Thanks for getting me back on road

They give you a loaner so you don’t need to wait at the shop. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

The staff is courteous and I will continue to go there. The Last two times I’ve had an oil change and tire rotation, I’ve been there for at least an hour and a half. Today was two hours. The staff made up for it but when you have little kids, I wish they could schedule a little bit better. Their friendly customer service and good quality of service will keep me coming back even if I’m inconvenienced occasionally
