Bryce Jordan Center, State College PA

I think bryce jordan center needs to not go through BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES.i have read multiple complaints on not being able to refund any sales that they do.i was also unfortunately a part of this.i purchased tickets from the bryce Jordan center through BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES for monster truck live event for my son and my wife it was scheduled for April 25th of this year then the covid happened and they moved it to August.so we said ok thats fine.but then we come to find out it got moved again to april 2021.were not going to keep waiting for rescheduled dates so we called BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES to get a refund and come to find out they can't do that at all.the customer service from them is HORRIBLE very bad attitude.when they transferred us to someone to talk to you could barely hear the person and they hung up.so when my wife called again the same guy answered and asked what are you calling back for and I already transfered you to someone you have to wait for them to answer even though we already did talk to somebody.but another thing is we had to find out that the event was rescheduled ourselves box office didnt even know that it was rescheduled.so if I was BRYCE JORDAN CENTER I would see on not going through them anymore because in my experience it is making me not want to go here anymore even though I have been to multiple concerts and never had any troubles like this before. I hope BRYCE JORDAN CENTER sees this and can resolve this issue but I advice everyone NOT TO GO THROUGH BOX OFFICE TICKET SALES

Great venue for sports and concerts. Every year before the Veterans Game starts, there is an indoor tailgating party here. It is excellently done. The layout of the arena and the volunteers make it such a wonderful experience.

Went to WWE live. It was pretty comfortable and the restrooms were clean and easily accessible.

I have been to BJC for the FFA State Convention two years now, and it has been a blast! Seating houses all of us with room to spare. The lighting and sound system are clear and impressive. The tv screens show details your eye misses, with out being blurry. It is very clean inside and the seats are comfortable for long sitting. Overall a great center!

The place to go for concerts, shows and games! I've had nothing but great experiences when I've gone. The staff is awesome and helpful from the time of purchasing tickets to getting seated when the event finally arrives. Views are good and sound systems have always been great. I'm always looking forward to seeing the new lineup and picking the new events I want to attend.

This is a great venue. It looks like no matter where you sit you'll have a pretty good view.

Great place to see a cool event! We watched monster trucks and a WWE Monday night Raw here and both times the seats were great with a great view. Will be watching to see what other events they will be having.

Very clean and we were easily able to navigate through to get to graduation ceremony. Well organized and easy to see from anywhere in the stadium.

See a concert and Penn State Basketball all here at Bryce Jordan Center! This past weekend this arena was turned into a Penn State graduation sight for various schools of graduating students. Great choice to open various snack bars prior to graduation.

Clean but generic arena. It has some creamery ice cream, and is easy to get to. Plenty of parking. It's odd in that it's easy to get into and out of when the football stadium directly across the street is not. Overall, it's ok. Just ok.

Great place for concerts, events and sports. I still say the best was the way Kanye transformed the BJC when he played a few years back. Just wish they could sell booze (for adult events/concerts).

THON needs a bigger place to celebrate "For the Kids". Nevertheless, PSU does it right. Safety first. Well managed. Events. I will endorse to anyone. Thank you.

Had a great time at the game. I am a MICHIGAN fan and loved watching them win. I do have to say that the Penn State fans are hardcore and they really show up for a game.

This place is pretty darn good.
It was clean, both seating and bathrooms.
Cost to park was very cheap at $5.

Nice venue for sports, concerts and large events. Located with plenty of nearby affordable parking. Have been to for several concerts over the years seated in various locations, with no bad views anytime. Friendly staff and clean restrooms and average number of food concessions. Layout is easy to navigate too. Will return for more events.

One of the most unorganized venues I've been to. I was at the Lana Del Rey show on January 26th. There was no venue security or staff around until doors time which made line cutting unprovable. Four gates were open with four lines at each gate and the box office said we would be receiving bracelets for pit before the doors opened for an easier process for the people who had general admission to go right to the pit. However like I said, no one was there until doors. Once inside, everyone coming from all four gates had to run to a previously unspecified location for the bracelets. People who had been waiting all day were in line next to people who had gotten there fifteen minutes earlier all running frantically. This venue needs a system in place and should have had bracelets handed out beforehand like some staff had said so it was a more fair system so that the people who had been waiting hours in the cold would go in before the people just arriving. If this does not change, I will go out of my way to avoid this venue.

Didn't have a bad experience per se, however the lack of alcohol sales ruined it for me. Had it been mentioned that their regular policy is to not sell alcohol, I would have bought my concert tickets elsewhere.

Huge. Acoustic setup is not the best for music concerts. Was here for Lana Del Rey. Event parking is well organized ($10 cash only).

Outstanding sport center. Every sit has perfect view of the arena. They offer good quality snacks during the breaks.

Because Penn State MBB won, and they scored 65 points which means 2 free appetizers at the Federal taphouse in downtown State College with ticket stubs. Penn State football coach James Franklin was also at the game sitting close by.
