Biggest waste of money ever. They hardly vaccum; didn’t even bother with big noticeable things.

I had a bit of a car disaster - it was covered in sap and so filthy that I could not use my mirror or windows. But I had work in less than an hour and for my job I drive kids around. Bryn Mawr Car Wash cleaned my car and had me on my way within 10 minutes! Saved my job and my day. Thank you!

This car wash is a simple one unless you get the detailed work done inside and out. The only problem I have is like any other car wash the rags the workers use does more streaking to the window then anything. They just need to change rags more often, besides that I'm good with their services.

Great experience, needed a car wash in a pinch after hitting a deer on the blue route. Never even knew this place was here but between the level of service and friendly owner, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to make this my regular go to.

I was having trouble finding a car wash that was open on a rainy day when I had to get my car cleaned, and these guys opened the tunnel just for me and did a great job with the car! Great company, super friendly crew and very nice work getting my car cleaned and ready.

Awful customer service. Nasty, intimidating and yelled at me while walking away and not helping. Terrible detailing. Beyond nasty. I am in sales and would never treat a customer as I was treated!

DO NOT USE Bryn Mawr Car Wash on Lancaster Avenue. They removed (could have been by accident or on purpose, I'll never know) jumper cables from the rear of my car. When I called to ask them about it, they said they didn't have it, and called me a Karen and HUNG UP ON ME. Instead of trying to help me solve the problem, the person who answered the phone chose to be antagonistic. Who does that? DO NOT USE THEM, EVER.

Horrible car wash. Paid for deluxe car wash, outcome more like economy. Dust on dash, dirt still on floor mats and water spots on mirrors.
Do not waste money.

The receptionist was amazing however the guys who are supposed to clean your car for a detail were horrible. The discriminatory actions will make me get a lawyer! They refused to service my car because they could not up sale me on items that didn’t need to be done. I just want my seats shampooed not my trunk clean. Then when I refuse the service that’s when they call me out my name and take everyone else around me after the day before saying I needed to make a appointment…which I did and now you being disrespectful. Don’t go here unless you want to be ripped off.you can get a better wash from down the road by high schoolers trying to raise money for a school trip

Worst. Paid for delux. Its not even take for 3min. Worst is they don't clean the cup holder. Everything is still dusty.

My car was wasnt not Vacuum and all in the rear i paided alot for my sevice and i expect my sevice to be fully done

The last week of December I took my car to be cleaned, there was a bottle of wine inside, and it was stolen by one of the people cleaning the car. I called the manager and he offered to call the police for me to write a report. This is unacceptable, the manager should at least offered to replace my bottle of wine. I have used their services for the past 18 years, but they have just lost a customer over this incident.

STAY AWAY! I never write reviews but I have to say the manager was extremely rude and insulting towards me, for no apparent reason. As well as they did a bad job cleaning my car.

I paid $26 and my car was still dirty. It was covered in bugs and when I tried to explain my issue, they just shrugged their shoulders. I will never take any of our vehicles there again.

The staff at this location are professional, intelligent and kind. My car looks amazingly clean and beautiful with the 50$ wax&detail.

Paid for tire cleaning. There were four people around the car after the car wash. Rims were still dirty and only the tire shine was applied. Left greasy mark along driver's side from using dirty rags. Will not return.

Half a$$ job if I’m being honest. My 11 year old nephew can do better than this. They barely dried the car afterwards. They charge $15 for basic exterior wash, something which costs $6 or less all over Philly. Asked about the dent pulling services they advertised on the wall, and all of their responses were “idk bro” but I guess that’s the customer service you get from underpaid young adults/teens. Pictures shown are dirt spots and streaks that came off easily by wiping with my finger. Take it to philly, and they’ll do the exact same thing for $6 or less.

Worst car wash ever! I paid $30 for them to wash my car and I could have done a better job myself! Overpriced and not worth it!
