We called to have someone look at our motor. It was backwashing but not pumping. They came out and put new $700 motor on without our approval. We told them it did not need a new motor and they said the old one was definitely not working. We asked for old motor back and they gave us a old motor that was not ours. We have photo of our serial number. Called them and told them this and they never called back. I have used them for years, now using Neiderers.

Stopped in to ask some questions about our existing pool. Spoke with Christopher. He was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. We will be returning.

Do Not Let Them Rebuild Your IN Ground Pool. Long story. BUt I do want to note 95% of personel are great to deal with and were wonderful on the smaller stuff. The biggest Issue is comunications.there were lost messages trying, and just not following through with some stuff.started in sept 0f 2020.was losing water.was told to wait until march of next year.asked if i should get a new liner.was told not if it holds water.by may they said to get new liner.was told liners will take a while, under stood, so i pushed signing contract and paying almost 9k up front.some where i lost 5 weeks from that time untill liner was ordered originally was told it will be done by 2nd week in july.waited 2 weeks was told that they needed to get measurements still.after 3 phone calls a week later chalk marks showed around pool.i knew measurements were taken. 2 weeks later still no responce. 2 more phone calls and finally was told liner was ordered.so projected completion time is now end of august.once the liner recieved they were out but problems with water table being high.if done on time would not have been an issue.liner was installed 2nd week in sept.with no hand rail.holes were drilled wrong.so 6 months later have a hand rail needed to be secured.it is now 2nd week in june 2022.still have a waranty issue pending.main issue I lost a pool season do to there issues, with no compensation. Also got a quote from competitor while waiting for liner 3k less then there quote, but they already had my deposit.

They helped with the correct chemicals to buy for pool and spa. They didn’t just sale me things to waste my money. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Sonya is amazing and has great customer service!
