Buckman's Ski and Snowboard Shop - Doylestown

Amazing customer service. Will come back if I ever have to buy anything for skiing! The ski technician (I didn’t get his name) was so awesome. Told me the size ski poles to get and asked if him I’m bindings will work for the ski boots I got and helped me out a lot! He was super knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend buckmans. My friend said after we left that was the best customer service she has ever seen.

This shop is the best. Wyatt and Dan have the best customer service out there and got my daughters totally setup for the season. Appreciate your local shop and riders!

Incredible customer service in a difficult time. Rentals are limited but they did their best and made sure we were good to go. Annie is a gem.

Went to get my ski boots resized as they were too tight. Brandon was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Give that man a raise!

I went there last night to pick up a new snowboard with my husband, we met Zach who helped us choose a new board and throughly explain each board to us and what the pros and cons were to each one. Zach was very detailed and very knowledgeable on all the products he had available. Working with Zach made us very confident in our purchase and also ended buying more equipment and gear because his expertise. The overall experience was great we’ll be back and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Side note they are open till 9 which is huge bonus for us because we have very busy schedules we never felt rushed during our time in store.

All around fantastic store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They really helped me out when I came in to buy a whole new ski setup so new skis, bindings, boots, and poles. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new or used equipment.

Great experience. Fitted, figured out all necessary sizes for our rentals. Picked up gear and somehow left boots behind at store. THE STAFF DELIVERED THEM TO MY HOUSE (20 minutes away). That is great service!
