Greetings! My husband and I ordered a tall dresser, and a pair of dining room chairs, to be delivered, as we are 2 hours away. Having never been to BCET’s brick and mortar store, we were quite nervous about ordering. Sales folks, Peter and Elizabeth, helped us place our orders. The orders were placed a few days apart, about a week ago, and were delivered yesterday! Talk about exceptional service! Please allow me to also say we could not be happier with our furniture! Everything was exactly how it was described online, and the pieces we ordered are in excellent condition!
Now, about their shipper, “Tito on the Move”… he is simply AMAZING! He provides excellent delivery, with professionalism and great care, at a very reasonable delivery price! We could not be more impressed with this experience with BCET and Tito!

I purchased several Ethan Allen bedroom furniture pieces from Bucks County Estate Traders and the experience was awesome. I purchased the furniture online and within 24 hours I had a shipping quote which was surprisingly reasonable. Furniture was delivered in less than a month in beautiful condition. A follow up question about the furniture was answered within 24 hours of contact. Couldn't be more pleased with the whole transaction. I would not hesitate to use Bucks County Estate Traders again.

I ordered an Ethan Allen lighted china cabinet from Bucks. It had many glass panels and shelving in it, along with a mirrored back. I was worried about the condition as it was probably 40 years ago. The people at Bucks assured me it was in excllent condition. They also selected a wonderful mover, Darren Johnson, to deliver it to me. I am pleased beyond words: all doors and drawers open and close properly; the piece was clean and polished; all the glass shelving made it safely in one piece. The piece exceeded excellent condition - it was pristine, almost new! I cannot say enough good things about this buying experience. If you have any hesistation about buying from Bucks, you can lose it ASAP. You are dealing with first-rate people who take pride in what they sell, make sure it is delivered to you safely, and are people of their word. In today's world, these things matter to me. If I could leave 10 stars, I would do that.

SO pleased! We found the perfect Dining table for our newly renovated kitchen. The staff were competent and available without being overbearing. The selection process was difficult as the selection options are so vast! Only just waiting on the delivery quote! Pleased indeed!

I purchased a table through eBay and my negavtive feedback was blocked. The table has an odor from wherever it was stored. Fortunately, not cigarettes. Even though I picked up the item in PA, I was charged NY sales tax. The blame was put on eBay software with no control to override. But no offer of credit was made at time of pickup.

Very helpful staff! Pleased with purchase and help with finding the right pieces and securing a mover though we ended up doing a 2-car pickup. We even got help loading the pieces into our cars. Thanks to everyone! We will be back when pandemic is over.
