First impressions are everything and BCO nailed it. I took my daughter for a consult and everything from the initial conversation to completion of appointment was flawless. BCO is a very customer-centric practice making it all easy.easy to schedule, easy to communicate, and easy to understand. Dr. Welsh didn't try to sell me on anything my child didn't need. I greatly appreciate their honesty and throughness.

My son just had his expander put on, and Trish explained every single thing she was doing and made him feel so comfortable. Dr. Welsh is professional and excellent at what he does. Everyone listened to my son and asked him how he was feeling each step of the way. A few days later, my son received a post card from bco saying how great he did at the appointment. This was so kind, especially because he had been anxious at the appt.

Something very important to us is being able to reach the office when there is a problem. My husband is also in braces at BCO and when there is an issue he is always able to get in the office quickly to have it taken care of.

They have helped by giving me a really great smile and I thank them for making me more confident!
