They claim to accept Medicaid insurance on their website but honestly it’s just false advertising. Do you really want to go to a place who lies to get you in the door? I think not. Call someone else

My first visit service was good. Staff friendly dr.friendly no complaints. It appears that they dont want to get more bussiness. I was getting an appointment 1.5 months after. So I kindly requested if any cancelation pops up please give me a call ill come in. I was told over the phone by the receptionist to call them for any cancellation as much as they like. Am I suppose to call them every 5/15/30/60 minutes for any cancellation. It would be efficient for them to give me a call if any cancellations: (.

Dr. Judy gallagher-braun is wonderful. She truly cares about your needs and makes you feel like you matter. Wonderful doctor.

My first visit today with Dr. Judith Gallagher-Braun was very pleasant. She is very nice and professional in her care. She answered my questions and explained everything well. The staff who conducted my hearing exam were also extremely nice and professional as was the support and front desk check in staff.

Friendly staff, clean waiting area and individual rooms. I highly recommend this practice!

I go to this clinic regularly. The staff is friendly. The wait has not been long each time I have been there. Dr. Briglia is personable and has always taken good care of me.

Simply the worst place ever, they are literally rude to you and the doctor sees you for a fraction of a second, then kicks you out. Try someone else, stay away!

I went into the office to pay my bill and to ask if I can have an appointment so they can finally read my MRI after one month of no contact. They said sure sit down take a seat will be right with you, and hour later they came back to me and told me they’re too busy to deal with me I should go home. If this is the type of people you wanna go to the doctor for where you get test done and they don’t tell you what happened and then they won’t collect your money but they’ll send you an overdue bill, this is a great place to visit

Simply the worst experience ever. Have been trying to call to make an appointment for weeks; finally showed up in person and was rudely told to sit and wait. Illiterate and unprofessional.

Have been calling them for weeks - no return call ever came. So I called back again and the person answering was unbelievably rude. No appointment, and can't even show up there, receptionists are rude and laugh while you wait. There are other ENTs do yourself a favor and find another one.

Horrible! Two appointments and both times had to wait 1 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment to get in. Having to leave work early to get there 9nly to have to sit and wait? Disrespectful of my time

This practice destroyed my life. 2 years ago I went to see Gallagher-Braun because I was experiencing intermittent Tinnitus. She told me not to worry about it. I now have severe tinnitus that has destroyed my life over the past 2 months and threatens every aspect of my life every single day. When I walked in, in the middle of having a nervous breakdown mind you, she advised me that it can be “devastating” but I would need to “learn to live with it”. I asked for sleep medication because I hadn’t slept in over a week at this point and she advised that she didn’t like to prescribe anything for tinnitus. I was and am experiencing CATASTROPHIC TINNITUS which is a severe crisis. This should be considered malpractice. I have spent the past 7 weeks in severe panic mode and was nearly hospitalized 2 weeks ago. It is unacceptable that this ENT put my life in danger because she refused to be proactive to prevent this and then refused to recognize the severity of my condition after the fact. DO NOT see this ENT. At this point I do not know how to make it through each day.

If you go here you’re going to wait 30+ minutes in the lobby just to be taken back to a room to wait 10-15 more minutes to be seen by a doctor that will spend 2 minutes with you.they over book appointments and rush you out the door.

Dr. Judith Gallagher is a wonderful Dr.she's very helpful & explains things easy to you so you understand & shes very nice & doesn't rush you out. She also answers all your questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Dr Hammer is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. He cares more about making money than actual patient issues. I’m pretty sure he just makes stuff up as he goes. Total hack.

I would never recommend this group.

I went for a hearing test. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes to go back into the office, the doctor rushed in, talking under his breath, never introducing himself, rushed me through my explanation as to why I was there and sent me back to have a hearing test. When the results were in, he ran through them with me, left little to no room for me to ask questions and when I did attempt to ask questions, he told me “I don’t have time for this, I have other patients. ” And walked out of the room…

If I hadn’t had the hearing test I would have asked for my copay back and would have told my insurance not to pay their bill.

They ordered an MRI and bloodwork and they have not returned my phone calls in the past two weeks. No one ever answers the phone because it’s an automated message. How this business is still operating is beyond my comprehension.

The best ENT outfit I’ve been to over the past 55+ years. The wait time has been less than 5 minutes. I’m seeing Dr Briglia. He’s the best ear doctor I’ve had, over the past 55+ years. The front office staff are professional and kind. Definitely will recommend!

This review is for Dr. Hammer, the office should fire him.this doctor is rude.condescending and treats patients with disrespect.needs to be reminded that his patient's are humans and show some compassion.he abuses his power and does not produce a space of safety and and a space where clients can feel like they can ask questions to understand their condition.don't go to him.
