Bucks Family Medicine, Levittown PA

This office was great when were first starting going there in 2017. As the years progressed the client care went downhill. After multiple complaints to them they sent me a letter stating they would no longer be seeing myself and family of 5. No problem, I was looking for another PCP anyway. My new PCP faxed over record request 2 months ago and they never sent anything. Completely unprofessional. Only good thing about this practice Is Danny Jr. He helped me through a tough time. Other than that this place is a joke.

I have had nothing but exceptional care from Dr. Daniel K. Files. I started seeing several of the PAs there but over time have shifted to seeing Dr. Danny. He has truly listened to me and helped me find answers and solutions to a chronic orthopedic issue when other doctors wouldn't hear me out. Scheduling is usually a breeze. The patient portal is super helpful and convenient. My only "negative" feedback is that sometimes his office staff doesn't always seem to have a clear understanding of what authorizations need to be completed but it has not affected my overall healthcare.

I have always liked this practice, I have been a patient there for years I see Doc. Lewis who is excellent, this office staff lately has been hard to deal with, I have had to call numerous times to get refills on medication that I need daily. I don't understand why this keeps getting messed up either wrong dosage, wrong medicine, this time wrong pharmacy. I use Walmart pharmacy for my medication except this one, this is supposed to be called to cvs as Walmart never has this, so of course it was called to Walmart since this is what was put through for doctor to call, I can't go without this medicine, I was in office a week ago and discussed the problem with doctor as this has been atleast two months that I have been dealing with this, I have to call back today and am supposed to leave for a trip and hopefully get this sent to the right pharmacy. I don't know how much more I can deal with this

Practice has declined in quality. I've had wrong medicine doses prescribed, rude PAs, and now not being able to get in for an appointment. Been there 27 years but since 2020, I try to avoid going. Doesn't seem much better elsewhere.

This place has gotten worse over the years horrible customer service the people that pick up the phone almost always have an attitude I was put on hold and then got hooked up on twice

Thank god for doctor Daniel files! He is amazing, he explained everything to make it easy to understand what’s going on with me and how to handle it! The staff is always friendly and willing to help anyway they can! Thank you all for what you do and thank you for being here when we need you!

Dr Lewis is a Wonderful Doctor! An all of the other Doctors who have helped my wife thru the years! Would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Beware! Beware! Beware! This practice has one thing on their mind and unfortunately is not the health and wellbeing of their patients. After 12+ years as a patient of this practice I am being told that they will no longer treat me because they lost money from my insurance company after I didn’t schedule a yearly physical. Their office staff lied and said that my insurance company requires me to go in for an appointment, but when I contacted my Insurance provider they said there is no such requirement. Now that are claiming I was "noncompliant", but I'm not sure how someone can be noncompliant with something that is not a requirement. On several occasions, their office staff referenced needing to make money when they contacted me about coming in for an appointment. They even went as far as to say “we have families and children to support, too” Very unprofessional! So, if you are interested in a Doctor who is more concerned about their bottom line vs.your health this is the right place for you!

Have been going here for years. Hasn’t been the same since my old nurse left a few years ago. I’ve gone with two new doctors since, but hasn’t been the same. Also, the back office / admin staff are awful and terrible communicators. They don’t know how to communicate with long-standing patients and don’t seem to have it together. Done with this office.

Going down hill really fast! Website down all the time. No one answers the phone. Made an appointment with patient portal and then was called a lil over a hour before and was told they couldn't do what I scheduled they only gave me a 15 minute time slot! So why use portal! Check in machine broken down and long line! It's a shame Dr's are great practice sucks any more. Not worth my time and effort.
